The studio is in a building with 7 apartments total. You enter in the usual entryway that opens into an open sky patio. Stunning! Every unit has a window or as ours has a french door that opens to look down into the patio. There is also a communal patio with beautiful terra cotta tiles on the roof. You enter through the common stairs. There is a nice view of Mesquite from there. Checking was easy as a code was sent before arrival. It is easy 20 minutes walk from the renee train station to the old town, through the beautiful roman bridge and down a safe neighborhood street. A quiet area that is ideal for discovering the old town and escaping the noisy tourist area. Our apartment was immaculate. Very compact and ideal. Comfortable bed. Nice linens on the bed and bathroom. The small arrived had everything you needed to cook. Fantastic speedy induction hotplate, small fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop espresso maker, juicer, blender, and any utensils you could need. Amazing that they fit what they did in this studio apartment number 4. We loved it and would strongly advise. You dont require a lot of space. In the lovely city of Cordoba, you are meant to be out and about.

We were able to find Studio on the first floor and it was so well done and spacious. The space was equipped with all the necessities, besides that excellent communication with the owner and clear, simple instructions for entering the apartment. Only a block away are some excellent neighborhood restaurants for breakfast and lunch dinner. The old town bridge can be reached on foot in just a short distance. I could use a chair or two for reading and lounging.
