This hotel is in a good location and very close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and attractions. The manager is Jean Giacomo who is very helpful and friendly to all my needs. The cleanliness of this hotel was very good and comfortable.

The rooms are clean, bright and airy. The staff is very helpful and will help whenever they can. Highly recommend. Location is perfect for everything. Beautiful restaurants right outside.

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location with excellent staff. The woman who worked there over the weekend where I was staying was very accommodating and patient with me despite my numerous queries. The location was excellent, with plenty to do in the area, and transportation from the train station was relatively inexpensive. The room was nice and had several small balconies. My only complaint was that the pillows were a bit unclean, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay all around. Thank you.

I would definitely go back and look forward to it. The staff is professional and eager to help. The balcony is very nice as well as the proximity to all the attractions of interest in the center of madrid.
