Es un buen apartamento y grande, en una urbanización cerrada y tranquila. Fue fácil el estacionamento fuera del recinto, ya que hay bastante. Está al lado de la playa en una zona estupenda y es un buen apartamento para pasar unos días.

I really appreciate this hotel staff, and I sincerely appreciate them. In addition to the obvious competence and proficiency in many languages, these guys went above and beyond to assist with special needs, advise taxi drivers, arrange unexpected lodging extensions, and were genuinely concerned. A lovely, efficient, and comfy apartment room with a beautiful patio and a full kitchen were provided. The hotel's location was perfect, directly across the street from a grand, stunning park, and across the street from the coast, offering access to the beach, numerous markets, and numerous restaurants. A wonderful coffee shop with delectable pastries is right next door. The bus and the hop on and hop off buses depart right in front of the hotel. A pharmacy is nearby. However, the personnel are the hotel's true stars despite all these exceptional attributes. From the first jose, jose prado, jose arena, jose alfonso, sergio, and fabrizio, they went above and beyond to assist with special needs, giving instruction to taxi drivers, arranging unexpected lodging extensions, and being extremely concerned and considerate. I cannot express how much I appreciate these individuals. I realize that they have worked in this area for many years, and their dedication to the people and the facility is apparent. Great experience, i love the apartment. It has everything you need including a dishwasher, and a washing machine complete with tablets and washing powder. It's also a great location near the beach and a lovely park across the street. I will come back to this place.

In terms of service, we had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. This Royal Oasis Club is very good quality, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It has a great location, close to the beach and railway station. Even though the pool was cold, that was not a problem. The service was firstrate, everyone was very kind and cheerful. Especially if we come back to Benalmadena often, we will still stay at this hotel.

The employees here helped me so much and did a good job. They also have a built-in cold water filter so it is an added value. The location of this resort is very strategic, with it's proximity to all the local amenities.

The photos are abit misleading as some are from an adjacent property. Having said that the apartment was clean and spacious and we were happy with it. Would consider staying there again.

There was a €20 euro charge for checking in after 4pm. The room was clean but maybe a little tired rot to bottom of doors etc. Also woke every night by cockerels at around 2 am

Room was cleaned well on arrival apart from the patio where we had to sweep and clean the furniture. Fixtures and fittings within the apartment are in need of an upgrade though. Cups were so stained we went out and bought some mugs. Plenty of hot water available all the time and the modern air conditioning unit was useful during the week.

Flight was delayed so didn't get to Resort till after 5pm. The Reservation office was closed and no phone number to contact, to check in An adjoining office very helpfully made several phone calls to contact the resort office to enable us to check in. Had to pay 20 euros for being late!! when we eventually got into our accommodation, it was spacious, clean and value for money.

The apartment is well located for the beach; promenade; park and bus stop. The park is a must. The apartment is fairly well kitted out, however there is a need for some mugs to be provided. The apartment was bright and roomy with a balcony to the lounge area benefitting from the afternoon/evening sun although it overlooked the busy main road. The apartment was noisy due to the road and cockerels (4a.m.) and would benefit from double glazing. The bed albeit very firm we found reasonably comfortable and the linen was always clean and fresh. The bathroom included a shower over the bath with a curtain. This is tired and in need of refurbishment with cracked tiles on the walls an old suite and crack to basin. The shower curtain was moldy around the edges and not expensive to change on a regular basis. The cleaning therein was extremely poor with green deposits around the taps and mold on the tiles. The kitchen shows its age and could do with refurbishment. The details that let the apartment down in our opinion was the poor cleaning throughout and was easily seen as I wear white sport socks and within a short period of time the bottoms were filthy. This is a must for rectification as it let the whole apartment down. The grounds were well kept. At reception on check-in we advised a need to check-out before the office opened and were advised to go back the day before, however we found it continually closed even though the sign advised it would be open, this needs to be rectified.

Have stayed at these apartments before and have always had an apartment that was of high standard. This time we were given an apartment that was very tired, cold and in need of TCL. Advertised as having facilities such as safe etc but non there. Nobody at reception to ask which was never open had to call a number left on the door for the key when we arrived. Would we stay at Pueblo Quinta again yes, however there are two companies who run them. Next time would definitely book Royal Oasis Pueblo Quinta as far better experience.
