It was wonderful the reception person Jorge Sanchez was extremely helpful, even took us on his on time to show us the parking. He guided us the whole time. Kudos to Jorge. Gracias Jorge por tu ayuda eres persona maravillosa. The hotel has a great location, it’s an apartment well located, very clean and has all the necessary amenities.

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and smart with all the latest tech. You will be able to open doors using your smartphone which was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you need for self catering. Very nice place to stay, the reception and cleaning staff were very helpful. I highly recommend these apartments if you want to be close to city. Absolutely superb *****

Great apartments in ideal location. Nice rooms with good facilities. The staff were all wonderful, with good communication. Lots of good bars in the area and closevto the beach, port and all parts of town.

I’ve stayed at R&S Boutique Apartment Hotel twice now and it’s been amazing every time. The staff are so attentive and truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The apartments are spotless and held to a really high standard. Plus, the location is perfect super central and convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Utmerket opphold, god informasjonen før ankomst, moderne stor og godt utstyrt leilighet. I tillegg legger den veldig sentralt, ca 50m fra havnepromenaden med masse restauranter og ca 350m fra busstopp Puerta Del Mar der flybussen, buss C-6, går hvert 15 min. Pris €4,60,- Anbefales på det varmeste; 10 av 10 !!

Location Location Location! Great location, especially for holidays. We were there for New Years and Epiphany. The main celebrations were literally right there or around the block. Staff was fantastic and always did an excellent job of housekeeping. A cute little apartment that has everything you need. Big bathroom and comfortable beds. They were very responsive to answering questions. WhatsApp is used. Lots of food choices outside the door steps. Has an elevator and free laundry. To fore warn you, the laundry does take a while. There is a quick cycle for washing but I think because it’s a combo washer dryer the dryer takes 3 hours and your clothes may still be damp. They do have a drying rack that you can use to finish the job or air dry your clothes. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time, the place was super clean, very modern and had everything we needed to relax and have fabulous time. Location is fantastic for exploring Alicante, it’s surrounded by an enormous amount of restaurants and cafes. Staff were really friendly and we were able to relax and go at our own pace. We would highly recommend!
