excelente ubicacion muy cerca de gran via, estaciones de metro, restaurantes, tiendas, es pequeño pero confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita, y estaba impecable. Excelente relacion precio valor, volveria sin dudarlo

Excelente alojamiento , ubicado en uno de los barrios más históricos y representativos de España. Rodeado de comercios, sitios para comer y beber y pasarla muy bien. Excelente comunicación con el personal a cargo . Hermosa estancia, cocina con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto mientras preparas café o cocinas. Cabina de ducha pequeñita pero suficiente si no eres demasiado corpulento jaja, limpieza excelente . Trato inmejorable ! Repetiría sin duda !

Tiny house, but all well functioning. Position in a quiet caotic quarter, but near a lot of public transport stop. Instruction very clear for a check-in and check-out very easy and relaxed. A very good option for live Madrid.

I am so happy I stayed here during my stay in Madrid! Before my arrival, they texted me (via WhatsApp — recommend this if you're switching SIM cards or on an alternative communication plan while traveling) simple and comprehensive instructions for how to get into the building, my unit, and other need-to-knows. This is an excellent place to stay if you don't wanna stay at a hostel. I love how close this hotel is to an LGBTQA -friendly area with shops & a Mercado. There are sturdy hardwood steps and a cute retro-style-with-the-door elevator to help you get up and down the building. Housekeeping floats about the premises and keeps things very tidy. The front door is well-secured and the street is well-lit at night. The combination washer/dryer came in clutch as I was at a music festival and going on other city adventures; this is crucial if you're on a multi-city journey across Spain or the rest of the peninsula or continent. I got a Tide pod with the mini housekeeping kit provided. Within walking distance are a pharmacy and corner store where I was able to get additional essentials for my trip. The kitchen also comes with pots and pans, a coffeemaker without filters (I bought instant coffee), glasses and mugs, cutlery, and other basics. The bed was super cozy and the balcony was wonderful for morning brews and warm-ups under the sun. The Chueca metro station is a very easy walk from the hotel and easily gets you anywhere in the city. Would def stay here again :)

We were very happy with our stay. The location was great, stores, shopping, restaurants near by. The only bad thing was the apartment smell like cigarettes
