My spouse and I had the pleasure of spending one night at Borderlands and participating in their advanced waterfall adventure from the get-go. The personnel were courteous and gave us the best service during both our stay and the experience, the rooms are near the river, and the sound of the river was the best way to sleep. They are all in an eco-friendly manner. The cuisine was also fantastic. The entire experience was epic and wonderful. Two people were there to guide us and we sailed 3 stages of Sandella waterfall. They were very professional, and our safety was the highest priority. Furthermore, they encouraged us to take advantage of the natural world and get the most from it. For those who want adventure and to unwind and get lost in the wild for a while, borderlands are strongly recommended.

Its a must visit place. After staying in a lot of towns, this place opened our eyes to the most stunning nature in the Lanka, and we ended up staying for weeks while we worked on our laptops! It was absolutely worth it as we woke up to breathtaking views, birds, and tasty cooked food with so many activities to enjoy.

Our stay at Borderlands was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating and fantastic at the activities they take you out on. Last week, we stayed for 2 nights on a tour of Sri Lanka. We experienced rolling blackouts in Sri Lanka, but it was special to socialize by candlelight in the middle of the jungle. We went whitewater rafting, canning, hikes and kayaking. All the activities were excellent, even during a monsoon, and the staff made them enjoyable, and the rain added to the experience. The views from the eco lodges are spectacular and face the river, but be prepared for living simple life. We loved this. The only issue we had was that the evening meal was the same choice for both nights. It wasnt a big deal anyway. When wade stated that he made a mistake in scheduling and asked when we would leave at that time in the morning, we felt like we were being lied to. There werent many kayaks available for us, but there were lots of boats when our guide drove us to get our gear. When we all came out on the river, we had a great time and the issue was resolved. This just comes from something Ive read about a similar issue in another review. Borderlands should decide if its for family or corporate events and treat all visitors equal. We are a family of 5 and this is a place to come to. Amazing view, personal, professional guide and less is more with perfection. Highly recommended for all families, couples and solo. Good vibes relax be one with nature.

I spent 2 nights at this camp. The cabanas are rustic in design and open to a rapid river. The food here is delicious and compliments the chef. The adventures here are full range from beginners to advanced. Ranging from kayaking, rafting, canning and hiking. This place is definitely worth a stopover for a night if you love the outdoors.
