I stayed here for 2 weeks with my kids aged 5 and 8. The place is very nice, clean, with a swimming pool, a short walk to the beach or a 2 minute tub ride. Very helpful and friendly owners.

We stayed here for two weeks with children 5 and 8 years old. Cleaning facilities are good. There is a swimming pool, walking distance to the beach and a tub. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

We arrived early and were greeted by the host, he directed us right to our spotlessly clean room with fridge, air conditioning, fan, mozzie net, and a large shower room with modern toilet and sink. We had a standard double room with patio doors to a small terrace with table and chairs. Upstairs there is a large communal kitchen with appliances, off the kitchen is a family area large sofas to full size fridge and to, there are books and toys for anyone to use. Breakfast is typical of Sri Lanka but sets you up for the day, upstair on the back of the walk way is my favorite a working top loader washing machine. The villa is a short walk from the main road over the railway lines which you do not hear, there is a buddy at the fork of the road, if you look to the left you will see a small store. Follow the road to the right of the buddy keep walking and take the next left, walk straight and the villa white will be in front of you. While here you will get visitors from money, kingfishers, peacocks and small lizards. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, so you will be spoilt for choice. Oh I forgot to mention the swimming pool is very clean and has a neat little seat in the corner where you can soak and read a book and enjoy the

In January 2020, my wife and I stayed for eight nights here. The pool is wonderful, and it is quiet and peaceful. The owner is friendly and provides a decent kitchen and television room. Breakfast is served with a small fridge in the room, an air conditioner, and a fan in the room. Peacocks and monkeys visit the area each day. The villa is very suitable for families and groups.

In January 2020, my wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. The room is small, the food is simple, the room fan is small, the air conditioning is fine, the monkeys come here daily, and the pool is nice. The owner is very accommodating. There is a great pool and quiet. A good size kitchen and television room are accessible from the owner. There are monkeys and peacocks that visit every day. Definitely a recommendation for a family or group.
