Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl und der outdoor Pool ist der Hammer. Man läuft um die 5 min zur Gornergratbahn, was mit Skiern in der Hand echt voll in Ordnung ist. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, war der Eingang zum Zimmer da man erst in den „Keller“ musste. Ansonsten würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen

Convenient location with full kitchen and laundry (coin operated). Only 5 minutes walk from the train station and a few more minutes from high street. Check-in at the hotel on the opposite side.

This apartment is excellent. The staff is helpful. It is tastefully decorated and conveniently located near a supermarket. However, there was a problem during my stay, the dishwasher broke down and there was a water leak in the kitchen during which time i was staying. The staff assisted us in washing the dishes but was unable to resolve the issue.

We had an amazing time at the chalet Antoine with friends! The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the train station and eateries, and the apartment is really lovely and cozy. Marie, her family, and the employees were incredibly kind. Will most certainly return!.

If you think this review was useful, please give it a thumbs up or like. We had a great time in this apartment decorated in the country. Very clean, in a good location, comfortable, with a nice balcony, near the center of zermatt and close to many other activities to do while in zermatt. The staff was friendly, we used the self checkin option and left our bags in a locker as soon as we arrived.

The 65 m sq apartment is like new, beautiful, spacious and comes with a wellbuilt kitchen, full bathroom and powder room with a toilet basin. The bathroom has a shower stall with a top notch shower and bathtub. The building also has a coinoperated washer and dryer in the basement. The best service we got from the staff was most impressive. We ran into some problems with our laundry and they took full responsibility for taking care of it. In general, they were very prompt, responsive and helpful.

We rented a cozy mountain loft under the roof, with beautiful decorations, spacious and functional. I also really liked the excellent service, warm welcome and great recommendations given by the reception team! The chalet is nicely located, very central and across the street from the main hotel, definitely going back!.

A little pricey, but its well worth it. No receptionist at checkin, but they responded quickly. Safe box is used for easy checkin. The train station is only a 5minute walk away, making it convenient. There is a market nearby, and the apartment is very nice. There is a kitchen with a complete set, a sofa bed, one with a comfortable queen bed, a large tv in both rooms, and a lovely, roomy bathroom with a lovely bathtub with gingger bath salt. I will return here!.
