The customer service was out standing. They were on top of each and every thing asking several times how they could help me and how did I sleep and how did I like my dinner. The food was incredible. I was escorted to and from dinner each night. They helped me make phone calls to be sure I would be picked up from the airport to my next hotel. Wonderful. Wonderful Wounderful

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Osinon! Exceeded my expectations. Best lodge staff and tour guide in the Serengeti. Stay nowhere else.

The hotel is located in the Serengeti National Park. And then the service was perfect, and they have a very warm welcome. After that, the bathroom was so basic but the hot water in the bathroom was really impressive. Subsequently, the bed was very comfy and the sunset was so stunning.

I can say that the accommodation here is better than most hotels. Overall, we had a great time in September 2022. It is highly recommended. Pete Barb is in a noisy voice and a few words to get to the worst tripadvisors, 200 characters or less.

We had an amazing stay at this lodge. We stayed for two nights after a long day of safari. When you arrive, you are greeted by very kind staff. You can watch the sunset at the bar. The location is very unique. Very comfortable nice rooms, good food, and very welcoming staff,. All this in the middle of the Serengeti, something we will never forget. We felt sorry we had to leave and maybe we will come back, one of the most unique places we have seen so far. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Kate line Belgium.

Best of this place. You will feel at home when at this camp. The staff are very friendly and will make you learn about wildlife. The place is small with a tent. They are very accommodating. The facility is very nice, and the food is also adequate even for vegetarians.

I cannot rate this place enough. From the hospitality to the food not to mention the location everyone was so kind and helpful. shout out to Steve who is so warm and friendly and we had a great conversation with him by the fire. Our children were nervous at first at the idea of sleeping in a tent in the Serengeti but the precautions here make sure that everyone is completely safe and really it's so secure.
