The staff members are friendly, including the receptionists and cleaners. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We reserved two double apartments, and one apartment is a little better than the other. However, we didnt make irate because we prefer to be on the same floor. Excellent location means we can walk down for local cuisine, quick access to cabs, massages in addition to terminal 21 for shopping and more food. Every other day, our rooms get cleaned and fresh towels are changed.5,0/52 Jun 2023

I strongly recommend this location. The twin room apartment hotel on soi 14 is ideal for families. Bang opposite terminal 21 mall, two minutes walk from bts Asok, and full of excellent thai restaurants around the sois. Checkin at 2 pm and checkout at 12 pm - additional hours will be charged 1,500 baht.4,8/53 Sep 2024

The bed was excellent. Parking is available. The interior is a little dark, dark brown, and the floor is covered in tiles. It is getting shabby, but everything still functions. This thb 1.600 per night apartment or condo was adequate.4,8/518 Jul 2023

The apartment we are staying in has two bedrooms, one living room, and two adjoining toilets. The living area is connected to an additional toilet. There is also a balcony with taverns and washing powder. Extremely tidy and comfortable apartments. A gym equipment and jogging pool are located downstairs. Great location in sukhumvit, just off the main road. No noise from the crowd. The rooms are very spacious and wellappointed. We are in an apartment with two bedrooms and are amazed at the space we have. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In the heat and humidity, the pool is a great saving grace. Terminal 21 is directly across the street, and asok station is only ten minutes away. Perfect for those who want to eat out and also selfcatering. There are lots of markets and grocery stores nearby. When next in Bangkok, i will most definitely stay here again. One thing to be prepared for is that there is no local tv in the room. Although there are excellent online access to streaming services, it seems you need to have your own subscription. Netflix and casting worked fine for us.4,6/52 Jun 2024

I can recommend this place if you arent looking for anything luxurious. A good, affordable place. The location and cost are the main selling points. We found the rooms to be clean and equipped with all the basic amenities, including a washing machine. They also gave us bottled water, which was incredibly thoughtful. This is not only something i would suggest to others, but ive also stayed there myself. In sukhumvit, bangkok, it is an excellent apartment hotel. The rooms are immaculate, with enough room and washrooms, and a cute kitchenette. Both the housekeeping and the front desk personnel are friendly and accommodating. Near the lobby is surrounded by tavern 21 mall, which is conveniently located. Its worth the price considering it comes fairly reasonably priced. Superb service apartment in a great location in the heart of central bangkok. The service is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are large enough for large families or parties. Rooms are very clean, have multiple bathrooms, high quality air conditioning. We were able to explore much of the city with very close access to the asok bts skytrain. Very convenient access from the nearby sky train to major malls and chatuchack market. Even getting to grand palace is quite easy thanks to blue line at the sky railway station. I highly recommend this place as if you want to stay for families rather than trying to fit into one of many regular hotels in town.4,4/512 Apr 2024

This place is a very comfortable place to stay, clean and well maintained. Close to public transport connections and not far from the main road. The room was well cleaned and prepared, especially for the coffee they leave for guests. They tidy up the room every 2 days and change the bed sheets every week. There is pool which comes in handy on hot thai days. Staff were the most welcoming part, and they made every effort to make my vacation happier. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped with everything needed, from suggestions for parties to nice conversations to brighten my day. P. S.
