The villas are a little worn out, but the staff, especially nk and ja, are amazing and go out of their way to help you. Food from the kitchen is inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommend it and would stay again. Take advantage of the free shuttle into ao nang as the driveway is very steep.

After we reserve the hotel and request airport pickup from the airport, they respond quickly with good explanations for airport transfer. They even confirm again on our arrival day before landing at krabi airport. When we arrived at the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. They even helped us drop us off and pick us up back to the hotel. And even explained to us that there will be charges after certain times. The room was really spacious and nice. They even decorated the room for our honeymoon without asking. The staff are very friendly and nice and if there is something wrong, they will even fix it. Room service is also nice! They will ask first if they can clean the room when we are inside. We made some last minute changes to the pickup time for departure airport transfer, and they did so without hesitation. When we check out, they will pick us up from the room with our luggage. Last but not least, it was a great place to stay. Thank you for having us and letting us stay in the pool villa on our honeymoon.

Tidak ada minat terhadap kebersihan, kebersihannya dangkal, handuknya kurang bagus, perlengkapan kamar mandi tidak lengkap, resepsionisnya kurang baik, mereka tinggikan suara dan gugup saat meminta pelayanan, dan jika saya pergi, beritahu saja. Mereka ingin pergi dan mereka memasuki Anda, dan tidak ada ruang untuk pengertian. Mereka memperlakukan Anda seolah-olah Anda berada dalam bencana.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Excellent view with a private pool. Friendly staff. The location is a little out of the way. There was a free shuttle provided, and you could always arrange a private pickup with the staff at a reasonable cost. Breakfast is excellent, but there arent many options.

It was our anniversary, and the hotel decorated our room. Everything is perfect. The location is in the center, but a bit far from people because you have to go to the mountain, but it also offers a great sunset view.

The view is breathtaking. The pool is impeccably clean, and if you have a rental property, i highly recommend it. Situated just a 5minute drive from ao nang beach, i was satisfied with everything, except the hot water, which didnt function properly.

Kamarnya memiliki kolam renang pribadi, kolamnya tidak terlalu besar, tapi bisa menghadap ke Ao Nang. Anda harus melewati jalan yang curam untuk sampai ke sini. Setiap hari ada shuttle bus yang membawa kita ke Pantai Ao Nang atau mengantar kita kembali. Kami menyarankan menggunakan shuttle bus karena sulit untuk menjelaskan kepada pengemudi Tuk Tuk tempat kami tinggal dan jalannya juga terlalu curam dan berbahaya. Jika Anda tidak pergi ke Pantai Ao Nang selama transfer tetap, Anda dapat meminta mereka untuk memberi tumpangan dengan biaya tambahan dan harganya sangat masuk akal. Selain itu, sebenarnya saya ingin mengurangi satu bintang untuk sarapannya, kami menginap empat malam, tetapi sarapannya sangat monoton dan biasa-biasa saja, masih bisa ditingkatkan, pelayanan lainnya sangat baik.

Although the beach, shopping, and nightlife are not easily accessible from the elevated position, the beach and nightlife are not easily accessible on foot. You must therefore organize your trip around the three distinct, comprehensive shuttle options that they provide. Additionally, public areas are sparse, so avoid on-site bars or eateries. Last but not least, the furnishings and fixtures are perhaps approaching the age-old stage.

The wifi was so terrible that you couldnt even open the email here. You can forget about working with a laptop or holding a team meeting. Or go somewhere else. This was the only place we encountered this issue while on vacation in krabi. The service was excellent, but to get anywhere, you need to rent a scooter. The villa itself was lovely, and the view was breathtaking. The shower functioned well. Excellent scooter rental service right next to the main lobby.

Pemandangannya luar biasa dan kolam renangnya juga bagus. Kamarnya cukup bagus, seharusnya disediakan (sendok piring untuk makan) Jubah dan handuknya jelek dan tidak ada handuk muka Layarnya juga tidak bagus dan tidak pintar Lokasinya jauh dari pertokoan dan pasar. Hari ini saya mencoba sarapan mereka, yang kurang dari Al-Aidi dan para pekerja prasmanan adalah orang-orang yang sama yang menerima dan mentraktir Anda dengan itu. Terus terang, saya kaget!

We stayed at the andakiri pool villa for 3 nights and fell in love. The view from the room is amazing, you have a sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was included in our stay and was very good. There are a few options you choose the day before and it is ready at the time you choose. I cant wait to come back.

My stay has been fantastic all around! The room is tidy. You might encounter drivers refusing to send you up because the hotel is situated on a steep hill, but the hotel does offer a shuttle bus at a set time.

Best stay in krabi! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and the customer service is outstanding. The rooms are spotless, and the view is breathtaking. The cuisine here is excellent as well, with a wide variety of vegetarian options. The staff will make you feel right at home. Its a really healthy experience.

Pelayanan taksi melalui hotel sangat mahal! Pesan taksi sendiri, Anda menghemat hampir setengahnya. Kamar penuh semut, setelah menelepon resepsionis mereka datang dan menyemprotkan insektisida di kamar tepat sebelum tidur. Anda tidak bisa menunggu di luar karena ada lebih banyak semut di sana. Jendela kotor tentu tidak dibersihkan secara menyeluruh. Resortnya sudah rusak, sayang sekali karena baru berusia 6 tahun. Kolam renang pribadi dan pemandangannya bagus.

We had a rental scooter and arrived here in the afternoon. Upon arrival, welcome drinks were provided, and the view from the reception was amazing. The room and amenities were excellent. We had our own plunge pool overlooking krabi. The views are breathtaking and magical. What else is neededbesides good company, a private pool, and an amazing sunset with food and drinks? Food and drinks were purchased from a nearby 7 eleven store. There was a microwave oven there that was used to reheat the food. We were awakened by the chirping of birds in the morning and headed to the free breakfast buffet. They had a wide selection of local thai food, including chicken rice, pad thai noodles, bacon, fruits, and staple cereals. I really enjoyed the food. We spent the rest of the time in the pool, basking in the sun and the majestic views of krabi in the morning. Checkout was smooth and convenient. It was one of the most expensive stays in Thailand, but it was well worth it. Just one complaint. Our bed was decorated with leaves and said welcome sanito and party. It would have been great if they had mentioned my name!.

Karena lokasinya di atas bukit, sepertinya Grab sepertinya tidak bisa menjangkaunya. Meskipun bangunannya indah, namun interiornya tetap terjaga kebersihannya.

Overall, i would definitely recommend staying here. Especially for the view. We stayed in a sea view room with a private pool for 4 nights. The breakfast was good. Although half of the items repeat, such as cornflakes, fruit selection, bread, pancakes, etc. The hotel staff is quite helpful. If there are any issues, they resolve them quickly. Good amenities in the room such as a beach bag with a beach table, bathrobe, etc. They charged 250 baht for the pillow cover alone. So they are very protective that way, and they should be. But 250 baht for one pillow cover is too much, i felt. Some items such as toothbrushes and cups were missing when we checked in. They provided new ones almost immediately when we brought them to their attention. But ensuring they are available at first go is how they can improve further.
