Well, let's start with the drawbacks. We were very unlucky to get the worst room, because our ac was so noisy and we felt like we were sleeping on a busy street, due to the noise from the neighboring street. Also, there were some very rich indonesian guys who behaved badly like very rich people, making noise and acting strange. So, the first night was a disaster. The Grace receptionist helped us in the morning and moved us to a better room. She was always so kind and helped with everything. She is amazing. The next night was a little better, but there were drunk french ladies who were making so much noise next to our room, but we finally slept and were okay. The hotel is quite good overall, not the cleanest, wifi almost does not work, but the owner and receptionist have made many of these issues obsolete. We had a great time and can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very comfortable stay at the hotel. Staff very kind and friendly. Specially the night security staff. I appreciate him very helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Good location to stay. Easily accessible to markets.

We have informed online that we arrive late, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was tidy and tidy, and the bathroom could be improved, but still good it's along the main road, with a view of the road in front of stores for all your needs, about 10 minutes on foot to a halal restaurant, and for breakfast in the morning, it was served with delicious porridge in just 10 minutes on foot. The staff at this hotel are some of the most happy people I have met in Thailand. The rooms are clean and any problem I had was solved. For instance, on the first day I arrived at the hotel before 1400 check-in time, they changed my assigned room to one that was already set up and ready for me. However, there was another problem with the bathroom. The toilets are a bit weaker than most other places and I accidentally flushed too much toilet paper. You are not supposed to flush any toilet paper at all apparently, but they greeted me with another room with a smile. The owner of this hotel appears to really care about her visitors and even remembered my name after only the first contact. When it was time for me to leave for the airport, I had asked for a taxi airport transfer, and she even tried to hire me a minibus to save money! Such a lovely person and almost felt like my second mom to me! Haha!.

I had a great time at this hotel. Excellent value for money. We will come back again soon. The owner of this hotel is a nice and friendly employee. The staff is very polite and ready to assist. The food is delicious, and there is a wifi connection. The room has a big size and is immaculate. The location is good, and I want to suggest it. All the great reviews about this hotel on TripAdvisor were true! Having a happy trip.
