- Please do not leave trash bags or shoes in the hallway; the bin is located outside the building on the first floor. You can take off your shoes in the unit.
Please follow the swimming pool and gym rules set forth by the condominium.

- Instead of flushing tissue paper, feminine hygiene products, and other items, please use the trash can. If a toilet is clogged, we would have to ask for your cooperation to plumb it with a plunger or pay our housekeepers 1000 baht to plumb it.
The pool rules board is located near to the pool, while the gym rules board is located inside the gym.
- All non-Thai adults and children, must show their passports at check-in; we will take a photo your passports and report them to Krabi immigration because Thai law requires all properties in Thailand hosting non-Thai nationals to notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours (a violator will be fined 1700 baht by the immigration police).
- Please set the temperature of the AC to 22-25°C (71-77°F) or higher.
- Smoking is allowed only on the balcony; if you smoke or vape inside the unit, you will be charged 5,000 baht for a deep cleaning.
- Please do not leave air conditioning running all day.
- When using the air conditioning, please close ALL doors.
- When you are not using or going out, please unplug or turn off lights, AC, television, and other appliances.
The maximum number of guests is 2 people.
- Before you check-out, please double-check your belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am
- The fee for the missing unit key will be 100 baht per key.
- Please use our cookware and kitchenware according to the instruction. If you scratch or damage our pot/pan/rice cooker, we will charge you 1000 baht per pot/pan/rice cooker because we have to replace them several times.
- If it is beyond our control to fix, we may have to call air conditioning technician and they are not living in this area.
- If the temperature is below 22°C (71°F), leave it on all day, or leave it on without closing all doors, water may leak from the air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to stay.
- To avoid clogging, please do not dump any food scraps, grease, oil, or trash down the sink drain.
