I’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay. Great pool and spa, lose to restaurants seven eleven underneath the building which is well stocked. Friendly staff. Things are a little rundown but can cope. One thing I would suggest is non slip mats in bathroom as floor gets slippery after shower.

Lokasi adalah nilai tambah terbesar! 7 Per 11 terletak tepat di dalam rumah, sangat nyaman, banyak kafe dan toko di seberang jalan, jadi mencari tempat makan tidak masalah. Kolam renangnya lumayan, ada perosotan untuk anak kecil tapi.

+ I liked everything !! Especially the price-quality! Cleaning fee is 200bat lower than in other places !!! The condo is new with a huge swimming pool, children's hills, parking and security, the rooms are bright, clean, do not smell damp (a very common problem even for new condos). Everything worked properly! The owner is an intelligent person, brought the keys after 3 minutes of waiting. The studio has everything for a short stay and a long one! Crockery and even iron (this is generally a rarity), as many as 2 air conditioners and a TV. And in the hotel building there is 7eleven and an ATM, there is a direct road to the beach from the hotel, 5-6 minutes walk on a straight line. If we are in Pattaya again, we will only settle here! ——— I liked it !! Especially price-quality! The cleaning fee is 200 baht lower than in other places !!! Kami naik mobil dan lokasinya cocok untuk kami. Pemandangan dari jendela. Parkir selalu ada ruang. Kolam renang (menyegarkan). Toko. Dispenser air (5 liter. 3 Baht). Kedap suara tetangga.

This place has a pleasant atmosphere and the owners are very helpful. However, there is no hairdryer provided, but they bring it back the next day. The cleanliness is good, the atmosphere is calm, and close to the sea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Jomtien adalah jalan kedua dari pantai, dekat dengan laut dan makanan. Kolam renangnya ada slide, tapi jauh dari taman air.

Excellent apartment complex! Near the entrance, 711, and jomtien beach are 2 km away. In stark contrast to what the other reviews here had said, we had a very different experience. We stayed in building B. The rooms were roomy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Very tidy as well! We talked about how spotless the pool was. With rocks, palm trees, sun loungers, whirlpools on, pirate ships, waterfalls and an ocean, it is the most stunning pool ive ever seen. Here, everything was fantastic! Linecheckin and checkout are done by line. So simple and quick! And every structure has security measures at the entryway.

Lokasi hotel ini tidak jauh dari pantai kota, hanya sekitar 7- 10 menit berjalan kaki. Di sepanjang jalan terdapat banyak kafe, rental motor, stand buah, dan kantor penukaran mata uang. Meskipun lokasinya biasa saja, namun terdapat fasilitas di dalam kompleksnya sendiri.
