No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property.

Please keep the keys and return them upon check-out.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of 3,000 THB.
Security
Lock all doors and windows at all times, especially when leaving the property.
Do not tamper with security systems or alarms.

Please maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout your stay.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in common areas, including the kitchen and living room.

Food Trash & Waste Disposal
Immediate Disposal: Guests must dispose of food trash in the designated blue bins located on the left side of the alley across the house after consuming it. This helps maintain cleanliness and prevents attracting pests.
No Durian Allowed: Please note that durian fruit is not permitted on the property due to its strong odor, which can be disruptive to other guests.

Housekeeping Services
Cleaning Schedule: after the check-out.
Additional Cleaning Requests: If you require extra cleaning services, please contact the host in advance. Additional charges will apply.

Responsibility for Cleanliness
Report any spills or messes immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including all rooms and common areas.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated area on the rooftop.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM daily. During this time, guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum, both inside the property and on the rooftop.
Volume Control: Be mindful of noise levels, including conversations, music, and television volume, especially in shared spaces and near windows.
Our property is located in a residential area with close neighbors. Please respect their peace and privacy by avoiding loud noises, especially late at night or early in the morning.

No Parties Allowed: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior approval from the host. Unauthorized parties can result in immediate eviction without a refund and additional charges.
