- หลัง 2 ทุ่ม ห้ามใช้เสียงบริเวณสระและภายนอกบ้าน สามารถ Meeting พูกคุยได้แบบไม่เสียงดัง และอนุญาตให้สังสรรค์ หากเพื่อนบ้านได้แจ้งเรื่องเสียงดังรบกวน ทางเราขออนุญาตเชิญท่านออกทันที โดยยึดค่ามัดจำ และประกันทั้งหมด และไม่สามารถเรียกร้องหรือฟ้องร้องได้ ในส่วนของเงินประกันและค่าบ้านทุกกรณี
-ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สิ่งเสพติด และไม่อนุญาตให้ปาร์ตี้ใช้เสียงดังรบกวนเด็ดขาด
-ไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ในตัวบ้าน และห้ามทานทุเรียนบนห้องนอนโดยเด็ดขาด หากได้กลิ่นปรับ 5,000 บาท ทุกกรณี
-ห้ามสัตว์เลี้ยงลงสระ
-ค่าบริการล้างจาน หากหากรวมจุดไว้คิดค่าบริการ 500 บาท หากท่านไม่ได้รวมจุดไว้จะมีค่าเคลียร์สถานที่ 500-2,000 บาท ( กรณีที่ท่านจองใน Platform ที่มีราคารวมทำความสะอาด ทางบ้านจะไม่มีคิดเพิ่ม)
-หากลูกค้าเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่แจ้งไว้ ลูกค้าจะต้องแจ้งเราก่อนเท่านั้น หากไม่ได้ทำการแจ้งไว้ ทางเราขออนุญาตยึดค่าประกันทั้งหมด
-เวลา 20.00 น. ทางแม่บ้านจะเข้าไปเก็บเบาะโซฟา บริเซณสระว่ายน้ำ
-เช็คอินเวลา 14.00 น. (บ่าย2) เช็คเอาท์ 11.00 น. (11 โมง) หางเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้าทางบ้านจะขอคิดค่า เช็คเอาท์เลท จำนวน 1,000 บาท ต่อชั่วโมง นับตั้งแต่ 11.15 น. เป็นต้นไป
-ค่าประกันความเสียหาย 10,000 บาท ชำระในวันเข้าพัก จะได้รับคืนในวันเช็คเอาท์หากไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย

Rules and conditions of stay Airy Ville Sukhumvit 64
-After 20:00 O’clock, do not use noise around the pool and outside. Can talk and socialize with friends or family. Do not allow parties. Do not play loud music. If the neighbors report a loud noise, we ask for permission to invite you out of the house immediately. By confiscating the house deposit, all damage insurance and cannot claim or sue the house fee and damage insurance in all cases. If a police officer inspects the area, we are not responsible for all cases.
-Drug abuse is not allowed.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If smelling a fine of 5,000 baht in all cases
-Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool.
-If it is not convenient to wash dishes, we have a cleaning service fee. If the dishes are kept together for easy cleaning, the service fee is 500 baht, but if the dishes are not kept as a tuft for easy storage. We will charge 500-2000 baht. (In the case of booking on the platform with a price including cleaning fee. We will not charge this service fee).
-If the guest exceeds the number of reservations. Must notify us 1-2 days before the arrival date. If not informed, we will confiscate all insurance fees.
-Every day at 8 p.m., the maid will come to collect the seats around the pool.
Check in at 14:00 Check out at 11:00 am. If late check-out, we will charge 1,000 baht per hour, starting from 11:15 a.m.
-We will charge a damage deposit of 10,000 baht when your arrival. You will receive a refund on the day of check-out if there is no damage.
100 units of free electricity. If the electricity exceeds the limit, it will be charging 7 baht per unit.
