If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No access for wheelchairs. Allow Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Guests Maximum 6 guests, two per bedroom. Travelling with young children? Message me and we'll work something out. Registered guests only — no visitors from outside the booking. No parties or events. The villa is in a residential project with neighbours around us. Noise Music by the pool is fine — we just ask you to keep the volume respectful during quiet hours. Smoking Strictly no smoking inside the villa. There are smoke detectors in every room. You're welcome to smoke outside by the pool or in the garden, where there's an ashtray. Pool Safety The pool is unfenced and has no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk, and please, no diving. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The downstairs bedroom opens directly onto the pool, so keep an eye on that door if you're travelling with little ones. Pets Small pets welcome, up to two. Please clean up after any accidents indoors, and don't leave them alone in the villa. Laundry The washer and dryer at the back of the house are yours to use — just stick to the load weights marked on the machines. Electricity Billed separately at 5 Thb per unit, metered before check-in and after check-out. Not included in the nightly rate. I host from a distance for much of the year, but you're never without support. Check-in is entirely self-service — your own smart lock code, no keys, no meeting anyone — so you can arrive at any hour without coordinating with me. I'm reachable throughout your stay on Airbnb messages and I answer quickly. I'll check in with you the evening you arrive to make sure everything is working, and once more mid-stay, but otherwise I leave you to your holiday.
