- No smoking in the property, fine 5,000 baht
- No pet
- No shoes in the house
- No parties or events
- No loud noise after 11 pm.
- Turn off the air cons when leaving the house
- Please lock the door when leaving the house

From your host
Official check in time is 2pm but if you are arriving earlier, please let me know. If I do not have any guests departing on the day you would be most welcome to arrive early if the house has already been cleaned.

Check out time is 11am but if you need to leave later, please check with me when you arrive. I'm happy to accommodate any requests for late check out if possible.

Checking out: Please drop the keys back into the lock box after you vacate the property.

- Please treat the home as you would your own
- We encourage our guests to save on air-conditioner consumption by turning it off when leaving the house.
- Please respect the neighbors and not make significant noise or play loud music after 11pm
- I will always be able to answer any questions or handle any issues that might arise during your stay.
