9. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out within 4 hours, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

20. In case of damaging or losing the house key and garage door remote control. A fine of ฿ 6,000 will be charged.

21. Swimming rings are not provided.
19. Gambling and all kinds of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The company does not tolerate these acts. A fine of 100,000 will be charged to the violators.
1. The check-in time in Villa is at 15:00 on the arrival day and the check-out time at 12:00 on the last day.
14. Dishes need to be left clean. The company has the right to deduct ฿1,000 from the security deposit for cleaning fee if you leave more than 5 dirty dishes.
23. Proper swimsuits must be worn in the pool. Jeans and cotton shirts are not allowed to reduce the risk of contaminating the pool with waterborne illness and contaminants.

7. Pets below 5 kg are permitted (Charge for pet fee is 500 baht a night).
22. No parties/events allowed.
6. Changes for check-in date are not possible once payment has been made.

7. สัตว์เลี้ยง(แมวหรือสุนัข) จำกัดไม่เกิน 5 กิโลกรัม เข้าพักได้คิดตัวละ 500 ต่อคืน
6. เมื่อโอนชำระแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
17. In case usage exceeded within the limit, the cost will be ฿10 per unit.
13. In case there are unofficially booked persons in accommodation the company reserves the right not to refund the security deposit and the penalty rate per head will be adjusted to ฿2,000.

It is not permitted to use the sounds outside the house after 22:00. Parties/events are not allowed. You will be discharged immediately. Security deposit will not be refunded.
10. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบ้าน ปรับ 5,000 บาท
12. หากมีความเสียหายใดๆเกิดขึ้นภายในบ้าน บริษัทฯขออนุญาตหักเงินประกันความเสียหาย และปรับเงินตามราคาของที่เสียหาย
13. หากมีบุคคลเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่แจ้งไว้ ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินประกัน และปรับคนเกินหัวละ 2,000 บาท
3. Prepare amount for your remaining balance and security deposit. The key will be given to the guests when payment is completed.
