We’re delighted to welcome you and look forward to hosting you. Here are a few helpful reminders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
The name on your booking voucher must match the ID of the person checking in. If there are any discrepancies, please update the details before arrival to avoid any check-in issues.
A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon arrival. This will be refunded in full at check-out, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, or missing items.
Kindly let us know your expected arrival time, as our staff will meet you at the villa to assist with check-in. Our check-in hours are 14:00–00:00. Arrivals outside these hours must be arranged in advance.
We are guest-friendly; however, the total number of guests must not exceed the villa's maximum occupancy. You are responsible for all visitors and additional guests during your stay.
For your peace of mind, we recommend storing valuables in the safe provided. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or unattended belongings.
To help keep the villa comfortable and pest-free, please keep doors and windows closed, especially when you are out or sleeping.
Please note that daily housekeeping is not included. Your reservation includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, a BBQ grill, a safety box, and the assistance of your private villa manager. Fresh towels, bed linen, basic toiletries, and drinking water are provided upon arrival. Additional housekeeping services, linen changes, towel replacements, and replenishments can be arranged during your stay for a small fee.
Pets are welcome by prior approval only. A pet fee of 1,000 THB per pet, per stay applies and is to be paid upon arrival. Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance to neighbours. Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture and are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool. Any additional cleaning, damage repair, or replacement costs resulting from a pet's stay will be deducted from the security deposit and/or charged separately if necessary.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
