The location is quiet, the room is comfortable and the staff are friendly. Great place to stay and centrally located. The only thing i feel needs updating the internet, but overall it is 100%.

This residence is amazing. Advantages include a fantastic location, modern rooms and amenities, swimming pools, and reliable power. Cons the construction on soi 15 is almost finished, although some may find the price to be high for some. I would like to own one of the condos rather than renting them out. Im considering this option.

The complex is excellent, with a lovely pool and gyms, some excellent deals available now, whether you are buying or renting, well worth examining. It is conveniently located near the center of the action yet tranquil and serene if you desire it.

This place is a great choice for accomodation, with central rooms that are ideal for both short and long stays. Its central location makes it affordable and offers good value.

What a place to unwind and swim. This resort or hotel complex is really lovely, just behind the mall on pattaya avenue. With fulllength pools between each building with slides and waterfalls, it is quite pleasant. The staff, who are also lovely throughout the outside and grounds, are very tidy and wellmaintained. Although this residence is fairly spacious, its easy to move around. 24hour security, main entrance, and pedestrian gate at the entry. It is extremely affordable at $75 aud per night for what you get. Additionally, you have essentially complete gym, sauna, steam room, all free of charge.

I stayed here three weeks before. I believe this is a fantastic location to stay. Very handy, just stepping distance from the second road. Excellent position in central pattaya. The pool is excellent because it is large enough to swim. Also nice are the amenities. All my questions were answered by the management office, who was helpful. Its advisable to unwind on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view from my pool view flat. Since there is peace and quiet at night for obtaining optimum sleep, i believe the pool perspective is superior. For single men, nightlife is also close by, which is good news.

The facilities are beautiful and the facilities provided are very good. However, the price is expensive and not worth it with the poor maintenance of the building and lighting. The gym facilities here are decent but not very well maintained.

One bedroom condo for rent at the grand avenue pattaya. 47 square meters fully furnished 5th floor pool view, gym, sauna and 4 swimming pools 24 hour security cctv Dedicated car parking close to restaurants and bars 3 minute walk to the cinema 3 minutes walk from 10 pin bowling 3 min walk food shopping mall 5 minute stroll to pattrayan beach 18,000 thai baht per month (1 year contract) Electric and water.

This place is highly recommended. Brandnew condominium in the heart of pattaya. Beautiful location with a large swimming pool, 4 saunas, and 2 gyms. This property is very clean and has incredibly friendly staff. Prices and rents are also reasonable.

This place is absolutely amazing and i cant wait to book again soon. It has an excellent level of security with security guards outside and key card entry into the building and your room. The condos are absolutely beautiful and you just need to ask if you have any questions or need help. I used WhatsApp to talk to min the manager and she was really kind and helpful. Thats the best place ive stayed in pattaya so far and im looking forward to returning.

This place is recommended because it is very close to everything. One of the best shortterm lodging options in the city. The building is a new or recent development that consists of several buildings surrounded by very nice swimming pools and has en suite gym facilities.

Spent two months there. I cant say anything bad about the condo other than the occasional sewer smell. Good gym and pool.

Very nice upmarket condo units, 4 large pools and 3 or 4 gyms, right in the middle of the action but very quiet, good security and plenty of parking. Condos were expensive to buy when first built, but now cheaper as the market falls flat. Also, studios and studio apartments with one and two bedrooms are well worth a look, whether buying or renting.
