Japanese Style 2BR Villa Sunrise Garden A150

Please take a moment to read the house rules:
- Check in starts at 3pm and check-out is until 11am.
- The location shown in the photo may differ from the villa provided to you and the residence reserves the right to choose the villa at its own discretion.
- Pool shared with other guests.
- Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed available.
- No Smoking Inside: Smoking cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house.
- No Marijuana on Property: Marijuana (weed) use is not allowed anywhere on the property (house, garden, or complex).
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise down, especially after 10:00 PM. No parties or loud events.
- Pool Hours: The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Pool Area: No smoking or drinking alcohol near the pool.
- Pets: One small pet (1 cat or 1 dog under 30 KG) is allowed for a THB 1,200 cleaning fee per stay.
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of THB 3,000 is required.
- Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
- Cleaning: Extra cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
⚠ First violation will receive a warning. Second violation will result in eviction.
