We wish you a memorable holiday and we will work hard to make it real. On your side, we only expect you to respect these simple rules and take care of our property.
♡ Towels and bed linens must be returned in good conditions. If not, we will ask you to pay for the replacement of the damaged items. Please do not use towels as floor mat or remove your make-up using the towels otherwise we will be forced to ask you to pay for the replacement of the towel. Face towels are charged 150 THB each, bath towels are charged 300 THB each
♡You will be asked to show the following documents: passport and departure card issued by immigration upon arrival in Thailand. These documents are necessary to declare your stay at the immigration office. This procedure is mandatory by law
♡ The cleaning fee you pay when booking on agoda is used to clean and set up the apartment again for new guests, so it's the final cleaning fee. However we provide the cleaning service every 5 days if the booking is for a minimum of 8 nights. Cleaning includes the change of towels and bed linens. If you need an extra service you will be asked to pay an amount depending on the service requested
♡ Shampoo, shower gel, soap, dish wash liquid, toilet paper, water, coffee, tea and other consumable items will be not be supplied again during the stay
♡ Baby crib and high chair are available for children under 3 years old upon request and availability, at an additional cost of 100 THB per day
♡ Do not bring durian fruit in the accommodation. Its (bad) smell can last for more than a week in the property. You will be fined 5000 THB
♡ Smoking is not allowed, but we let guests smoke only on the outdoor balcony. If we find out that the property smells like smoke at check-out, you will be fined 5000 THB
♡ Quiet hours: 10PM to 9AM
♡ Do not eat on the sofa
♡ Late check-in (after the standard check-in time from 3PM to 9PM) are available upon a payment of 400 baht. This cost must be paid in cash on arrival
♡ Late check-out, if available, starts from 10AM until 3PM. After 3PM, you will be asked to book an additional night. The cost for the late check-out depends on how many extra hours you will stay. Please note that this service cannot be booked, availability will only be given the night before.
♡ Early check-in, if available, starts from 7AM until 2PM. Before 9AM, it is required to book an additional night. The cost of early check-in depends on how many hours before you wish to access the accommodation. Please note that this service cannot be booked, availability will only be given the night before.
