- Smoking is prohibited indoor and limited on outdoor smoking areas where cigarette disposals are located. (If found, 1,000THB fine will be charged)
- Drugs are strictly prohibited. There shall be no consumption, storage of sale of illegal drugs in the housing area
-Turn off lights, air conditioner, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving.
- Pet allowed only two maximum per stay with additional charge at THB 500net per pet per night, pay upon arrival.
- Please respect for the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise (strictly no party and event allowed)
- Guests of all ages are welcome.
- Kindly look after the property. Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- Be careful when using cooking appliances, heaters, or other fire hazards.
- Dish and Utensils must be wash up after cooking before check-out. (If not, 500THB fine will be charged)
- Please turn off the lights, TV and air-conditioner every time you leave the room.
- Please be notified only booked guests are allowed to stay.
- Swimmers must wear swimming suit and shower before entering the water.
- Do not leave your children uattended.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.
