Standard Terms and Conditions

• STAY MINIMUM 1 MONTH UP RENTAL ONLY
•Standard check-in time is 02:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 12:00 P.M.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa or on the villa grounds.
• This booking is non-transferable.
• Management reserves the right to evacuate guests from the villa due to behavioral and safety or other medical and safety reasons, particularly if guests do not comply with the instructions of the villa staff, act in a discriminatory manner, threaten or endanger other guests.
• Guests must present original identification upon arrival at the villa.

No pets of any kind are allowed in the property. Violators will be immediately canceled and no refunds will be given.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, only in designated areas.
Using sound systems or singing karaoke after 23:00 hrs., the door should be closed to prevent noise disturbance to neighbors.
In case the guest breaks, damages or loses items in the house, the guest will be responsible for the actual cost of the items.
Bed linen stained with food or menstrual stains will be charged at the actual price per set.
Barbecuing can only be done in the area provided by the villa, using only barbecue equipment rented from the villa.

Advance payment policy

To confirm your booking, a partial payment for your booking is required. The remaining amount will be collected upon arrival.

A deposit is required by bank transfer to the bank details below only. Payment must be made within 24 hours after booking.
