Welcome to our place! To comply with Thai law, we kindly ask all non-Thai adults and children to show their passports at check-in. Don't worry, we will take a photo of your passport and report it to Krabi immigration. This helps us ensure that everyone has a safe and comfortable stay.
Pool Rules
- Please do not use our villa for any illegal activities.
- We want to keep our place smelling fresh and clean for all our guests, so please only smoke or vape in the outside area. If you smoke inside the unit, we will have to charge a deep cleaning fee of 5,000 baht.
- We love our cookware and kitchenware, and we hope you do too! To keep them in good condition, please follow the instructions and be careful not to scratch or damage them. If any damage does occur, we will have to charge a fee of 1000 baht per pot or pan to replace them.
Last but not least, we hope you have an amazing stay with us!
- Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty, so use the facilities at your own risk.
- Let's keep our pipes clear and avoid any clogs! Please do not dump any food scraps, grease, oil, or trash down the sink drain.
- Always shower before and after using the pool and watch your children to make sure they are safe.
- We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you be considerate of neighbors. If you plan on having a small gathering with your friends and families, please keep the noise down after 10 pm and make sure to use plastic pool cups to avoid any accidents.
- Let's save energy together! Please turn off the air conditioning and unplug any appliances when you are not using them and close all doors when you have the AC on. This will help reduce the environmental impact.
- Speaking of the air conditioning, we want you to feel comfortable during your stay. Please set the temperature to 22-25°C (71-77°F) or higher. Also, to prevent water leaks from the AC, please do not turn the AC on all day or at a lower temperature.
- Please use the trash can provided in the toilet instead of flushing toilet paper. If a toilet does get clogged, we may need your help plunging it, or we will have to charge a fee of 1000 baht to get it fixed.
- Please do not bring any glass containers into the pool area and use the bathroom before entering the pool.
Please double-check your belongings before checking out, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Thank you :D
- If you plan on having an extra guest stay with you, please let us know ahead of time and pay an additional fee of only 300 baht per person per night. This helps cover the cost of extra bedding, towels, laundry, supplies, and facility use.
- Please be mindful of our keys. If you misplace one, the fee for a replacement is only 200 baht per key.
