Nana House - Laid Back BKK in a Retro Chic Retreat

- No drugs and party!!!!
- For energy saving please help me maintain this room at an affordable rate by turning off air conditioning when you leave the room for a long period of time. It is little different from heating system in western country. ^^
- No other visitors stay over night (beds and towels will be prepared for exact no. of people). There is a camera in front of the house.
- Please confirm the exact time of arrival 1 day before check-in date. This help me easier manage my schedule for cleaning.
Standard check in time: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Don't make too much noise or disturb the neighbors in anyway. This is serious, because I won't allowed to host if neighbors unhappy. No loud noise outside the house, since it is a very quiet neighborhood. And keep down the loud noise at night too. Also, please be careful walking on the wooden floor on 2nd and 3rd floor, it will disturb our neighbors.
Late and early check-in can be scheduled upon your request depends on the guest before and next to your booking. If there is any, we really need to say no for any early check in and late check out.
- No smoking allowed inside the apartment (1,000 baht fine if found)

Check-in time after 4PM (cleaning the whole house took 6 hours). If there is no guest check out that day, we can arrange early check in upon your request.
**Extra charge for check in and check out during 10:00pm-06:00am : 200THB/Hr
- Do not use towel to clean up your foot or clean furniture.
- I really love my house, so I expect nice people who will take care and love my place as much as I do.
*Extra charge for early check in and late check out : 780THB/Hr
Standard check out time : 8:00AM - 11:00 AM
- For all the decorations, if you move anything, plesse put it back to where it was like when you check in. That will make my maid a lot easier to check the room.
- No shoes inside the house. Please take off your shoe while stay in house. Learn a little about Thai culture. ^^
