All guests will be requested to make a 3,000 baht refundable deposit at check-in. The rules listed below but not limited to are to be followed. The full amount will be refunded upon check out if there is no damage or violation of the rules found in the property.
1. Check-in time is between 14:00 to 17:00. Please inform the property in advance in case of arrival later than 17:00 but please manage as possible as you can to arrive the latest before 19:00.
2. Check-out time ends at 11:00. Check-out later than 11:00 is strictly prohibited due to lengthy cleaning and changing process for next occupancy. If unfortunately the Check-out is delayed at any time, guest will be required to pay the compensation amount equal to half of the booked daily rate.
3. The bookable number of guests is 8 with a maximum of 2 additional guests using extra beds for total maximum 10 guests. The bedroom is arranged according to number of guests booked that 1 bedroom accommodates 2 guests. If the guest needs the villa to open all 4 bedrooms, please ensure your number of guests booked shall be 8 persons. Children under 1 year old stay free with parents. Children over 1 year old shall purchase extra beds. Please ensure your booked number of guests and children following our policy, should there be different number of guests booked, guests shall pay the extra cost at 1,000 baht each exceeding guest. Refusal of such charge, the property reserve the right to decline your check in without refund.
4. The quiet hours is after 22:00 and before 08:00. During the quiet hours, please do not produce loud music or noise while you may close the door tightly to avoid the noise heard outside the building or by the neighbor.
5. Do not engage anything illegal at the property, such as carrying weapons, taking drugs, gambling, prostitution
6. Please ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the swimming pool. Any rubbish or unknown objects or substance found inside the pool, there will be fee of 1,000 baht or more charged to the guest.
7. It is strictly forbidden to bring drink other than water and food of any kind especially food with strong smell such as durian inside the bedrooms. If found, the customer must pay the cleaning fee of 2,000 baht or more to clean the air conditioner and curtains.
8. Do not keep on the Property any animal or pet unless otherwise agreed. If found, the customer must pay a fee of fine at 1,000 Baht per animal/pet.
9. Please close the door and window as well as turn off the air conditioners and lights when leave the property during your stay.
10. The kitchen equipment and utensils must be cleaned as they were before. However, a room and dish cleaning service can be requested at fee of 1,000 baht.
11. Please keep the items shown in the property clean and keep the all areas clean, tidy and clear of rubbish in the same condition as at the commencement of the Rental Period and to make good or replace with articles of the same sort and equal value such as may be lost, broken, destroyed or messed (or at the option of the property owner to pay compensation to the property owner).
12. Do not make any damage caused to the Property including the fixtures and fittings or block or damage the taps, baths wash basins or pipes within or exclusively serving the Property or any improper use by or negligence of the Guest or any person at the Property with the Guest’s permission.
13. Do not cause or permit any dangerous or inflammable substance to collect in or on the Property apart from those equipment provided by the property and needed for general domestic use.
14. Guests are not allowed to move furniture, lighting equipment such as table lamps, floor standing lamp and so on, from their original settings. Otherwise, if moved and damage occurred the original prices of the item will be charged (additional to the refundable deposit which will not be refunded). In the case that customer moves any items and did not return such items to their original settings, a fee of 500 per item will be deducted from the refundable deposit (in the case that there is no any other deductible damages)
15. The villa reserves the right to strictly prohibit guests from charging electric vehicles. The room rate does not include electricity charges for electric vehicle charging. Furthermore, the villa's electrical system is not designed to support electric vehicle charging and may cause damage to the electrical system or a fire. Therefore, the villa prohibits and kindly requests guests to refrain from charging electric vehicles. In the event of unauthorized charging, the villa reserves the right to charge an additional electricity fee of 1,000 THB/day/vehicle. In the event of electrical damage or a fire, the villa reserves the right to take legal action and claim all actual damages incurred from the guest who violated these villa rules. Furthermore, the villa reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility for any damages, such as fire and/or other damages to your vehicle, resulting from any violation of the rule prohibiting charging your electric or hybrid vehicle batteries during your stay.
