If so close the living room terrace windows, reduce lights, use provided blockers or towel to seal the space under the windows. Ants might come if you leave food outside the fridge or in the floor.. remember the equation: clean kitchen = less ants.
8 - Garbage & recycling for the good: Use the open container to recycle glass, hard plastic bottles, cans (not soft dirty plastics). A green recycling will helps a nearby guy living from recycling he collects manually :)
9- Pool: Salt water system for better experience without chemical chlorine. for pool lights use the switch outside on the right wall (don't forget to turn it off when you go to bed please!). A pool cleaner comes once a week. However we suggest you use the net to remove the leaves every day or so to keep it clean for a better PH acidity.
walk carefully if wet around the pool: it can be slippery if wet, use the special floor carpets
10- Ceiling fans and curtains: Turn on living room ceiling Fans with the wall switch, left from kitchen, plus pressing the 2 remote controls to select power level from 1 to 3 (level 2 or 3 is good). Turn on the rooms ceiling fan with wall switch + remote control to monitor the fan speed. Please make sure living room curtains don't fly around with the wind that can brake them. Do close the living room curtains before going to bet to avoid the hot morning sun in living room.
11- keep cloth to dry inside the living room when you go: even with a blue sky rain can come fast and its tropical!
12- IMPORTANT Motorbike driving: dangerous in Thailand, drive VERY carefully at 40km/h maximum and USE HELMETS please.. or rent a car to be safe. We insist: drive slowly and carefully don't waist your holiday at the hospital!
13- Important about legal Marijuana in Thailand: marijuana that students used to smoke before with laughs was around 10% THC power. Now Thailand increased its THC level to match Amsterdam level and its level of THC from 20% to 30% is DANGEROUS for your brain and can LEAD to psychoactive anxiety, paranoia, bad trips
=> Please if you buy some ask for less than 20% THC (called medicinal!) and don't drive and smoke. Be safe.
