Great place. We stayed 3 nights. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was perfect with great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was delicious. A/C was amazing! Super location, near Old Town and easy walking access to everything. We paid 180 baht to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Quick 10 min. ride. Used Bolt on the way back to the airport and it was much cheaper. Would definitely recommend this place.

좋은점 : 디자인, 방이 넓다, 매우 친절한 스태프들, 서비스, 청결도 아쉬운점 : 위치가 왓프라싱 근처에 있어서 다양한 맛집과 구경거리를 볼수는 있지만, 골목가 안에 호텔이 있다. 호텔에서 키우는 요크셔테리어가 있는데 너무 귀염뽀짝해서 심장이 터질수 있다.

Pran at Kumuant Boutique House is a wonderful place! It’s intimate, warm, friendly with a staff that is so kind and thoughtful. The breakfasts are so delicious and the rooms are adorable and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and things are easy to walk to. I walked to Buakhard Public Park for a great morning yoga class with 100 people on my first day! Chiang Mai is a relaxing and inspiring city. Being at the Pran made it extra special.

Overall excellent. This small (family run I think) hotel is centrally located within the historic city but far enough from the big streets to provide better sleep. Our honeymoon room was large and very clean. The staff is prob the best part of this hotel as very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has tasty traditional Thai dishes as well as some eggs and amazing cappuccinos. We had a lovely stay.

Cute boutique (think it’s family owned) hotel in a quieter section of Old City. The decor and aesthetics are not traditional Thai (reminds me of Spanish/Mexican) but an excellent stay. Breakfast and mini-bars are complimentary and nice extras.

I visited chiang mai for a few days while studying abroad in bangkok last year, and during my visit, i planned to eat lunch at the pran cafe. Pran prepared a customized khao soi for me, which was not on the menu, along with some really tasty side dishes, as i preferred vegetarian food. It was one of the best meals ive had in thailand! While the food was being prepared, the owners showed me around the place. I was unaware that this was also a hotel! I was able to see the various rooms they have available. The entire place is stunning and gives you a cozy feel, like a home away from home! Although i came for a meal, i spent a good amount of time there and was treated like a guest. The owners are the kindest and most welcoming people i have met during my time in thailand. They are very accommodating and provided me with useful information on places to visit or activities to do in chiang mai. They offer a variety of services, including thai cooking classes!, and can arrange tours for tourists visiting, making it an allinclusive package for anyone planning to stay here. Pran, thank you for such a wonderful experience and i will definitely stay here again when i visit chiang mai!.
