Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room (allowed in the designated smoking area), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
No parties or events
-Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the property.
- Treat the property like your own home.
- Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages.
- Guests of all ages are welcome.
- No pets allowed
- Strictly no smoking
- Please respect for the others during the stay in the place, be mindful of the noise
- We want all our guests to have a pleasant time while staying at our property
