I spent a week here. Studio room on the 29th floor. Groundfloor pools are located on 37th and 42nd floors. The gyms are situated on 7th, 42th floors, but there isnt much room for stretching. Ive been to the sale office in 2019. So lovely. Inside the building, theres i see yawn.4,8/530 Mei 2023

The condo is newer and nice. Food, 711, and family market are all within 500 meters walking distance. Beautiful grounds and pools. Excellent security and staff with good judgment. There is a parking lot and fitness center. A coffee shop is located 100 meters from the entrance.4,6/512 Mei 2024

I recently moved in. I adored it to this point. Excellent location. The amenities are firstrate. If i were to picky, ill say they should add a cleaning solution to the gym for customers use. It is unsanitary for sweaty individuals to use their own used towels.4,6/523 Feb 2024

The rooms are nice and the facilities are amazing. Probably one of the best apartment gyms around. Quiet end of 2nd road. Makro, Lotus, and bigc are still nearby. The staff is amazing very kind and friendly, quick to help with any problems in your room. I give 5 stars just for the quality of service.4,6/511 Jan 2023

The riveria is a premium condo complex. The location is about 30 minutes from downtown pattaya. There are amazing views. Although the interior units are highend, some finishings have quality issues. Overall, i highly recommend it. One can walk 150 meters to the main street along the beach and take ten dollars in cabs made up of Tapplicationta pickups. Wave one down, hop on, and within 30 seconds, one will be in downtown pittawayan. Get off, pay the driver $10 baht. Any questions, ask if you have, or request assisting he rider. Three pools in the complex are fantastic. Its worth spending time relaxing in this infinity pool on the 37th floor. A modern gym. Around the area, there are numerous small street food outlets. Prices range from $60 to $60. Also, an amazing seafood buffet restaurant is present. You can eat dozens of seafood, chicken, beef, pork, etc. For $399 pht, you can consume chicken as well as chicken and beef. No worries for vegetarians, enjoy the wide variety of vegetables and fruits. Beer specials are available for $300 bts each. Staying at the riveriana jomtien will bring you many expats to chat with and offer valuable advice. Bravo!.4,4/526 Mei 2024

The building looks very fancy and modern. The room was nice, clean and the bathroom was very good. Balcony with a nice view. But the air conditioning ruined it for me. It was really noisy and disturbed my sleep. Roof was great. Location is tucked away from main attractions and entertainment. The rooms are nice, and the condo is nice. But we rented it for a week for testing and checking out project from inside. Very good quality, lots of small things that make you really enjoy decoration, parking enough, elevator fast, rest room, rooftop swimming pools the best. What makes us uncomfortable is not the most comfortable location, strong wind on the rooftop (its cold outside from the swimming pool), very long corridors and numbers room has litera (A 2404 E 2404. We came to the conclusion that this is the best condo in the entire town after exploring the area and living there. It is elegant and lovely. Apartments and common areas are constructed with not only highquality materials in mind but also with a nice design. The common spaces are fantastic.
