Just had my wedding there not too long ago. I rented two villas to accommodate my wedding party. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. I stayed at tievoli and can only comment on this villa. The view is breathtaking and everyone loved the pool and beach. However, there were many cons that made the stay so. We understand how villas work because it wasn't our first time staying in one. We paid for the services and food. But when we couldn't finish the food, they would toss it out and leave nothing in the fridge. This is weird because our previous stay at a villa with the same management company did not do that. Also, when we asked if they could make extra eggs for breakfast in the morning because another person wakes up later, they refused to do that. This is supposed to be a villa without hassles and stress. It turned out to be the opposite. One of the maid spelling? Kuna or coop on the management team were really nasty to the guests. They never told us no when we asked if they had certain items. One bridesmaids was tired of going to the back to find the item tape she was asking for. The amount we paid didn't match up to the service we received overall. The management team at this specific villa were really disappointing. The location is far from town and one hour drive from along. Our friends booked 4 of these villas. 3 of the beachfront ones are in the same layout. 6 bedrooms big living areas! However please note that each villa has a slightly different decor and items due to different owners. One house employee is in the house, the rest come in during the day to make meals for you. However, the menu isn't exciting. Security is not a problem, but you can't lock the main door, so this may be a problem to some. They do limit the number of people in the villa, but that does not apply to the outdoor area, so it's really fun in the pool and barbecue area. The distance of the place seems to be the only disadvantage, so please consider renting a car to do some grocery shopping. Also, wifi is weak in some locations. But overall, this villa is very clean and so huge! Be sure to bring a huge team.

The villa is right in front of the beach, and the feeling of getting up to see the waves crashing onto the shore is just amazing! The beach is accessible by public, but it is really clean. It might also have small crabs running around your feet! One of the cleanest pools I've ever seen is the pool in the middle of the resort! No wet bandages, murky water, or a single hairstrand. The bedrooms vary in size, but the majority can accommodate 24 people. The pillows were so comfortable that I slept for up to 14 hours and was late for brunch. Not only that, but the blankets were thick, and the bed itself felt like a fluffy cloud. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, the towels were more than a meter long, and there was not a single fly, spider, or lizard lurking in the corners. Sadly, there might be some dangerous animals such as snakes that I've encountered, so I wouldn't recommend bringing a pet. Overall, my favorite stay at this villa was a good one! I suggest heading to a nearby grocery store to stock up on food and go boogie boarding on the beach. Be cautious not to go too far, approximately 50 meters away, and the waves might be powerful, so it is possible that people who cannot swim well are at risk.

For example, they prepare your food in advance. However, the menu is not exciting. Security is not a problem, but you can't lock the main doors, so that's a worry to some. They do limit the number of people in the villa, but that doesn't apply to the outdoor area, so it's really fun in the pool and barbecue area.

I recently had a wedding there. To accommodate my wedding party, I rented two villas. We stayed for a total of four nights. I stayed at Tivoli and can only say so about this villa. The views are breathtaking, and everyone adored the pool and beach. However, there were many drawbacks that really contributed to the stay. Since this isn't the first time staying in a villa, we are familiar with how one operates. We paid for the services and meals. They would throw everything away and store nothing in the refrigerator when we couldn't finish the food. This is bizarre because previous stays in a villa with the same management company did not do this. Also, they would decline our request if they could make some extra eggs for breakfast in the morning because another person wakes up later. This is supposed to be a villa without any hassle and stress. It turned out to be the opposite. Other problems we encountered during our stay the day of the wedding, the air conditioning in the living room was basically dead. People were sweating in my room and on my bed for two nights in a row. When we inquired whether they had particular items, one of the maids spelling it? Kuna or coop on the management team was really rude to the guests. Overall, the cost we paid did not match the services provided. We were very disappointed by the management team at
