I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Resort - Lagoon - Villas, Naiyang Beach and overall I had a really great experience.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. An employee immediately helped bring my luggage into the reception area, and check-in was smooth and easy. I was also offered a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch after traveling.The lobby itself was very clean, aesthetic, and relaxing. Once I got to the room, I was honestly impressed — it was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel overall had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.One thing that made the stay even more special was that I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. A special thank you to Aom, Pin, Reena, and Nie for their kindness and hospitality throughout my stay.The hotel restaurant was also very good, and the restaurant staff were always kind, patient, and welcoming throughout my stay. It really added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the property itself was very well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a full-length mirror in the rooms, as there was only a mirror in the bathroom. Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located closer to the airport and farther from the main activity areas such as

Jättemysigt lugnt hotell nära till flygplatsen. Trevlig hjälpsam personal och rum med direkt utgång till poolen. Ville ha lugn och ro och det fick man här, vill man ha party så åker man nån annanstans! Några av Phukets finaste stränder finns i närheten och hotellet har gratis shuttle service dit.

Gorgeous hotel, the staff were amazing and so nice. The pool was quiet and it was all beautiful and peaceful. 7 11 at the end of the road and the hotel food is unreal, so much choice. I will absolutely be booking again!

The staff were quick to check us in and offered to escort us to our room taking our suitcases for us. The room was gorgeous with a view of the pool which was huge. She also took the time to explain breakfast times and other avaliable amenities. They have cute little robes and flip flops and beachtowels avaliable too for exta comfort

My 3-night stay at Sugar Marina Resort Lagoon was nothing less than amazing! I stayed in a villa with pool access and a jacuzzi, which made the experience so relaxing. The customer service and hospitality were outstanding — everyone was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Pin and Reena for going above and beyond. They kindly translated for me when needed and even helped recover my lost passport during my trip. I am beyond thankful and grateful for their assistance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket!
