Sun & Moon House Pattaya

Please read the following house rules and ask any questions prior to booking the Sun and Moon House.

By completing the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

A standard security deposit of 4,000 Baht for incidentals is required prior to check-in.

The guest limit for Sun & Moon House is 8 persons, which includes adults and children. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property and a valid ID or passport will be required to obtain self check-in information.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11.00. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be honored when available for 500 Baht per hour.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Having unauthorized guests will result in forfeiting your security deposit plus additional fines.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to smoke outside in the garden/ patio area provided. If there is a smoke smell during check-out, additional fine will be 3,000 Baht.

We have provided a fully equipped kitchen to maximum all guests convenient. Please clean all used dishes, cutlery, pot and pan, before you check-out, therefore additional surcharge for cleaning service is at 1,000 Baht/ time.

For long-stay (minimum 7 days stay), we provide a complimentary cleaning service once a week.

For short-stay, no room cleaning during your stay, therefore, cleaning facilities are provided for your convenient. A cleaning service is upon request with additional cost at 1,000 Baht/ time. Kindly book this service 1 day in advance.

Please keep the bedding clean and pay for extra cleaning in case of blood stains, or other conditions.

Please throw away garbage into the big public bin, which located on the right corner in front of the house.

Please help us safe the world energy, by turning off the power supply of indoor lighting and air conditioning when you are not in the room/house.

Pet Policy:

One small or medium-sized dog is allowed. Must not be larger than 15 pounds/7 kg. No cats or other pets will be considered.

> No excessive barking.

> Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

> Guests must clean up after their pet relieves themselves and properly dispose of the waste in the trash can located outside.

> Any messes or damage must be reported immediately.

> Guest consent to pay for all damage and special cleaning caused by pet.

> Failure to comply with aforementioned rules may results in additional cleaning fees.
