The place is clean and comfortable. The only lack of lift quite a problem if you are going with older people. They even provide s ota food delivery restaurants. Overall i think its ok.

I adore this location, especially if you are seeking a quiet, local place to stay. This location is fantastic, spotless, welcoming, and offers topnotch service. My kids and i stayed in san francisco room. We will return the following time.

The proprietor is incredibly considerate and considerating. The place is wellmaintained, wellorganized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are even complimentary bicycles available for use. Additionally, complimentary amenities include instant coffee, shampoo, or soap, drinking water, etc. Great scenery. From my balcony and windows, i was able to enjoy the scenery and mountain view. Excellent value for the money.

After my initial visit, i returned to this location six years later, and everything still meets my expectations. Excellent building with reasonable prices. Great staff members who are helpful and kind. Nice air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Modern flatscreen tv with ten english channels and plenty of electrical outlets. There is fridge and kettle. Everything ive ever needed is here, in my opinion. The location is somewhat out of the way. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the old city. When staying here for transportation around chiang mai, renting bike would be advisable. Grab would also be an alternative. A few restaurants and bars and clubs are within walking distance, some of which are scams if you read application reviews before visiting.

I was impressed with the design of the room when i first walked into it. They really made an effort to make the space feel better, warm, romantic, and homey. I stay in a 4person family suite, which included free breakfast for all residences regardless of package), free airport pickup and dropoff. The distance between the leaf and the chiang mai airport is only 10 minutes. All the basic kitchen appliances are prepared. Both the boss and his wife are very kind and nice, the service is excellent! They will always recommend food, tavern, or place to go every day. Their talkative nature makes them happy to tell stories to one another. There are free bicycles available for use. In addition to helping to book utmost assistance, they also provide you with ur tour package recommendations. A 711 store, cafe, massage parlors, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Are all located around the apartment. Each wash has ten thai baht in the washing machine. If you require more dvd movies, you can request them in your room. LoL. However, because the government water paint is exposed to the sun, there is incredibly hot water from noon until dusk until sunset. Even if you only return at night, its not causing any problem. We have been traveling through malaysia and Thailand for three months, and this is by far the best guest house weve ever stayed at. The staff and owner are excellent, as are the rooms. We can easily explore the entire city on the free bicycles that are provided in the fantastic location. They created a custom map and arranged for hotel guests to see restaurants and activities. In each room, there is free bottled water and snacks. There is also ota free breakfast available in lobby. I intend to stay here all month, but ill be back next year. Thank you once again, supakit and tom. Well done.

The hotel service is good, the price is worth what you get. You will be satisfied staying here. They provided us enough for a night stay, but if you stay more than one night, your room will still be cleaned every day.

This guesthouse is a great choice for those looking for ambiance and comfort. It is conveniently located near many local restaurants, nightlife, and stores. The room is spacious and has good wifi access. However, there is no lift so the fourth floor room can be used as squatting up and down.

The owner was really responsive. We had a complaint about the use of electricity, and he resolved it right away. The place is quiet. Very affordable price, but they also gave us laundry facilities and bicycles for free. Which is rare.

I really enjoy this place. The breakfast is also delicious. What is the only drawback is that the front desk is always absent and the staff speaks very little english. Its a quiet place and there is incredibly spacious room. Owner is very helpful, can speak english and help terribly.

The place is spotless, cozy, and roomy. The staff is really welcoming. Since you can easily get around town on foot, the hotel also provides bikes for visitors. Its highly recommended by me. They also offer breakfast at a reasonable price.
