Other things to note
What guests should know and must understand about payment when staying at the property through the agoda website:
1. Payment by meter (electricity and water)
Electricity: The charge will be charged according to the actual usage, charged at the rate of 8 baht per 1 kW of electricity consumption.
Water: is based on actual usage at the rate of 25 baht per 1 cubic meter of water used.
* * * Payment Methods: Water and electricity bills are calculated according to the usage generated during the stay, with the guests having to pay for these services at the time of departure check-out after the electricity and water consumption inspection.
2. Security Deposit
Security Insurance: At the time of check-in, guests must pay a security deposit of 10,000 baht to the caretaker on the day of check-in.
3. Deposit in case of having a pet
* * * refund: The deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your check-out from the property after all payment for electricity and water is completed without any damage to the property in the property.
Note: The refund of the deposit will be subject to the inspection of the house and the use of the services during the stay. If there is any damage or the house is not returned as received, the money will be deducted from the deposit as appropriate.
House Rules
1. Check-in: Guests must do the check-in at the designated time of 14.00-15.00. You'll need to show your ID or passport for verification.
Checking out: Guests are required to check out at the designated time of 11am-12pm. So that the caretaker can prepare the house for the next guest.
2. No smoking in the building
If guests are found to have been smoking in the house will result in a fine and extra cleaning fee charged.
3. It is not allowed to bring people who are not booked to stay at the house.
4. Using various services within the house
Guests are asked to carefully use the facilities in the house, such as not damage the furniture or equipment in the house. If the facilities are damaged, the caretaker will charge you for reimbursement.
5. No loud noise that disturbs others after 10 pm - 8 am.
6. Prohibiting unsafe electricity or equipment such as grills, appliances not provided, or equipment that may be dangerous inside the house, such as gas stoves or cooking stoves.
7. Prohibiting destruction of property, scratching, breaking, or damaging the furniture or equipment in the house.
If damage occurs, there may be a deduction from the deposit or a penalty charge based on the damage.
8. Prohibition of substance abuse or illegal actions.
