HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY
Electricity usage of 80 kw/day is included, an extra usage will be charged 7 baht per kw. Water usage is included. We will record meter usage at check-in and check-out. So, please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not using them.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 10,000 THB or 300USD shall be paid on check-in hereof as a Security Guarantee for the utilities and any damage and/or loss inside the Villa

SMOKING
Strictly no smoking inside the villa. A fine of THB5,000 will be applied. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of the villa.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
Please report any loss or damages of items to the host immediately. Damage charges will be applied.

NUMBER OF GUEST
Maximum 6 guests or 6 adults + 1 small children. We do not provide extra beds. Guests have to share beds.

SWIMMING POOL
There is no pool fence. Children under the age of 12, must be supervised by adults when using the pool at all times.

RUBBISH
All rubbish should be placed in the bins provided under the sink in the kitchen or in the bathrooms. Excessive rubbish can be placed in the large green rubbish bin outside of the villa in front of the main entrance.

PARTY AND EVENTS
Villas are placed in a quiet rural area where the peace is essential. So out of respect for the peaceful neighborhood (families) and nature, the guests are kindly requested not to make parties or any kind of too loud or disturbing behavior.

BARBECUE AND FIREPLACE
Keep the fire under constant control, everything around is very dry during the summer and easy flammable. Use a small amount of water to safely turn off the fire in the outdoor barbecue.

MAINTENANCE
For repair or maintenance of any faulty items in the villa, please contact us at anytime. We will notify engineering.

PETS – ANIMALS
No animals are permitted on the premises.

SAFE
A safe is fitted in the master bedroom closet. Please follow the simple instructions located on the outside of the safe for its use. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any loss of monies and/or valuables during your stay.

PARKING
Covered parking for Two vehicle.

KITCHEN
The kitchens are fully equipped and ready for use. Please ensure all equipment is left clean.
