I would have definitely come and stay here again! The service was excellent, i felt very welcome. The best part is the attitude of the staff, may and her team were very polite and friendly. Also, the place was spacious and clean!.

I cant say enough good things about this villa! The villa was absolutely stunning and the service was truly amazing! We had to leave early for a flight the morning we were checking out, so they made us breakfast boxes and even shaved cheese platters to float in the pool the night before we left! It was breathtaking and such remarkable!.

We had a great time here, with movie nights, inroom massages and time by the pool. The staff was really great and responded very quickly. Breakfast is also good, not the most extensive menu but we managed to try something new every morning. They also set up bbq pit for us for ps1 and bought our own ingredients from the nearby supermarket. Its incredibly short drive from villa market and nice restaurants.

The cleanliness here is very good, the service is also very nice, and the kitchen is fully equipped. And then, they have a fantastic friday night market at boat avenue. After that, i want to express my gratitude to nana and may for being so kind and welcoming to my family. Subsequently, their service was amazing, especially for the staff who are very responsive.

This place is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Overall, the villa is very clean and welldesigned. Staff communicated diligently via WhatsApp and it was so easy to ask for information. There are many restaurants nearby, a 7eleven, and taverns. Thank you very much to maya and Nana for making our entire trip memorable and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I stayed in this lovely twobedroom villa for a week with my almost twoyearold child. The rooms are really nice and have opulence. Anything i needed that wasnt in the room was provided upon request, like my son loves bananas and we got banana. There are many cooking utensils in there, including crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dish rack, etc. In the back room is buried if there is an washing machine with receptacles. On request were he cot and high chair. One big bed or two little ones can be accommodated in one of the larger rooms. It was quite pleasant and reasonably priced inroom massage. When baby takes another nap, ill do it again! Breakfast is never monotonous because there are so many options. A playground, as well as gin bar, an italian restaurant, and etsy restaurants are all across the street! There may be eateries for the western palate not far away. Come here and be pampered silly with no concept in their customer service oriented vocabulary. We made many requests big and small during our oneweek stay, and nana and her crew made sure we were spoilt silly like petulant rock stars. No demand was too daunting. From requests for a fly swatter, preparations for an unexpected birthday party, reservations at idly star restaurants, anna delivered and exceeded our expectations each and every time. She worked tirelessly at the resort and repeatedly bent over backwards to us. Although this is our first visit, im sure it wont be our last. Come to alanna pulau. You won't regret it.

When you first walked into the villa, the images on the website were precisely what you would anticipate. If you wanted to escape the bustling, rowdy city area, this place was in an excellent location. The nearby dining options are plentiful despite the tranquility. My family and i had a great time staying here. The villa is warm and spotless, the swimming pool is spotlessly clean, everything is fine, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Although the water pressure is too low, it is generally acceptable. This was an amazing experience.

I came with my friends for a holiday. Photos are identical to the actual room, with arranged layout provided before the trip. The room is clean, smells good, and wellmaintained. Breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring hefty portions, especially the pastry. Hopefully, more people will discover this location and continue to do their wonderful job! I will definitely return!.

I spent two nights in the villa. Wonderful room. Although a little tiny, the pool is still quite pleasant. The staff is friendly and attentive. I ordered float breakfast, and the selection is excellent. When it arrives, food is chilly. They might cover the meal when they deliver it by golf cart, in my opinion. Its not the most convenient location, but its only ten minutes walk to the nearest convenience store.

The place to be in the middle of the jungle and phuket. I cannot express how highly i recommend villa alanna Phuket. We stayed in a threebedroom villa with plenty of room for family, very comfortable beds, excellent kitchen facilities, extremely clean and friendly staff, with kudos to nana and may for always going above and beyond. Situated near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and anything else you might need. Without denying, we will return. It truly made our trip to pudutu that much more special.

This villa is perfect for a family vacation or if you want to bring mates, this villa has incredibly complete service. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They provide the rooms with new amenities, they are very clean, comfortable, etc. Also, its located in secluded and safe areas. It is also conveniently close to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, boat avenue, beachside restaurants and other attractions.

We visited for my daughters summer vacation in the summer of 2023. We chose the Phuket branch because i was so impressed with their villa alanna,chiang mai hotel because they were so pleased with it. The room is spotless, and the bed and pillow were comfortable enough to make me fall asleep quickly. Similar to in Chiang Mai, the inside pool is excellent, its at an ideal depth, not too deep or shallow. They also offer some floaty rentals. My daughter had a great time there. Even though it occasionally rains, but the sunset at laguna beach was breathtaking. Additionally, they offer limo transportation to the beach. On top of that, service is the best, as they always make sure that everything ive need is met. Many thanks, knana, cohommy, undisgusting. Ill definitely return.
