Villa Carlos, 7 BDR Private Pool Villa, Baan Bua

HOUSE RULES
by requesting to book you and all guests agree to the house rules
1. No additional fees except of electricity. Electricity - 8,5 THB/kW (please switch off air conditioning when leaving your room). We do collect an electricity deposit upon check in - this is to cover electricity. The deposit is 5000 THB per night (or its equivalent in another currency in Cash) - from this amount we will deduct the electric upon checkout and return the entire remainder before you leave the property.
2. Please do not put toilet paper or sanitary items inside the toilet.
3. No smoking in any indoor area of the villa, if our staff can smell cigarette smoke inside the villa, this will incur an automatic 10,000THB charge per each time it was noticed to guest account. This is not negotiable and will automatically be charged from your damage deposit.
4. Any damage to the house furnishings will be charged with a minimum of 2,000THB, or if the value of the item is higher than 2,000 THB with an original purchase price +20% service charge.
5. Please wash all the dishes before your check-out. A fee for washing the unwashed dishes upon check out 1,000 THB.
6. Please keep all the towels and bedsheets clean – use them by their direct function. Do not leave any permanent stains on it. Stained Towels will need to be replaced at the original price +20% service charge, which will be billed back to the guest.
7. Please put all garbage into designated trash bins outside the property. Do not leave garbage in any other areas.
8 Please no glass in the pool and pool area. If this is not adhered to and any broken glass occurs around the pool, a fee of 20,000THB will be payable for draining the pool checking for broken glass.
9. Please NO LOUD MUSIC or PARTY AFTER 10:00PM. If this rule is not followed an eviction with no refund for the remaining nights will be executed.
10. Please park your car at designated parking areas. Do not obstruct the area between the villas with your car, as access is required for 24 hours a day.
11. No pets allowed
12. No durian please.
13. Please do not move furniture inside the villa without permission.
14. Please keep all your valuable belongings inside the safety deposit box.
