House rules
Introduction
The property you’ve rented is thoughtfully equipped to meet your vacation needs. Inside, you will find furniture, bedding, crockery, bed linen, and towels. Upon your arrival, we’ll conduct an inventory to ensure everything is in order.
Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 15:00PM. When it’s time to depart, please vacate the accommodation by 11:00AM.
Number of tenants and visitors
We’ve reserved the accommodation specifically for the number of guests indicated in your booking. Additional visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior arrangement (please refer to the overnight rate). To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum between 22:00PM and 08:00AM
Respecting the premises and equipment.
Throughout your stay, please treat the premises with care. Make good use the provided equipment and keep the accommodation in excellent condition. While you’re welcome to use cooking utensils, oils, spices, and cleaning products, please refrain from moving the furniture. In case of accidents or breakages, notify the manager before your departure to avoid additional charge.
General safety instructions.
While we take security seriously, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the accommodation.
When you’re away, remember to turn off household appliances or electrical devices. Also, ensure young children are always supervised.
Non-smoking policy.
Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly; avoid leaving them in the garden or on the terrace
Pet Policy.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodation
Waste management.
Dispose of your trash in the designed area; there’s a trash can in the parking lot.
Outdoor spaces
Barbecues are not permitted. Keep outdoor beanbags away from the pool, and use the lifebuoy only when necessary (not for play)
Pool Safety.
As tenants, it’s your responsibility to ensure your safety and that of any children using the pool. The owners and manager cannot be held liable for accidents during pool use.

Sanctions for Violation.
Failure to comply with internal regulations may result in sanctions, including reservation cancellation and loss of deposits. If damage occurs, objects must be replaced or reimbursed. Additionally, if the villa doesn’t meet hygiene standards upon departure, extra cleaning and maintenance fees may apply.
Remember.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VILLA. An ashtray is provided for outdoor use. Please avoid tossing cigarette butts on the terrace or in natural areas.
