Villa Olympus Ocean Vista

- There is deep cleaning fee / stay. In order to guarantee to our guests fully and complete clean place after every check out.

Regular cleaning is included in price - twice a week + bed/linens/towel change once a week.

-Electricity usage is not included in the price.

- The cost of electricity is based on usage and charged at a rate of 7 THB per unit (kWh).
- For normal usage, including air conditioning use at night, the average daily cost is around 150 THB per bedroom. However, leaving the air conditioning on while you're away from the villa could result in an additional charge.
- We will take photos of the meter when you check in and check out and kindly request that you settle the bill before leaving.

This policy has been put in place to reduce wastage and preserve the natural beauty of Phuket.

As provision, we will ask you for a security deposit of 15000 thb upon your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you upon departure.

-Pets are allowed and welcomed. Just please be sure to bring with you all necessary for your pet and to and to treat our property with respect
-Smoking Policy:
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor sitting area.
Noise Control:
Night parties with loud music are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.
Allowed Events:
Daily celebrations, such as weddings or birthday parties, are welcome as long as noise levels are kept under control.
