Villa Phratamnak

1. Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 15:00 PM, and Check-out is by 12:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and a fix rate of extra charges will be 700 Baht per hour.
Notice that 30 minutes before departure [11:30] you are expected to be available for the inspection of villa for damages and losses.
2. Identification: Upon check-in, at least one of the guests must submit his/her passport or identity card. The passport and/or identity card will be photocopied and returned to the owner.
3. Security Deposit: The security and damages guarantee will be paid on arrival.
• 6,000 Baht deposit is required. There is no charge for the first 150 units of electricity. The next unit of electricity will be charged at 10 baht per unit.
In the event that the property incurred damages or any breakages during the stay of guests, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit will be released or returned to the guest after check-out.
4. No pets: Guests are NOT allowed to bring pets in the villa and on surrounding properties. In case of violation, the violator will be fined at 10,000 Baht.
5. Swimming Pool: Use the swimming pool on your responsibility. Keep the children under constant supervisor. Take a shower before the use of swimming pool. There is a pool cleaning schedule, usually twice a week on every Tuesday and Friday in the afternoon.
6. No Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, where an ashtray can be provided. The violator will be fined at 5,000 Baht.
7. Noise: Avoid loud noises that may disturb others. Keep the volume of musical instruments and electronics reasonable.
8. Number of persons: It is forbidden to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. In case of violation, the additional charge will be 700 Baht per person.
9. Cleaning: The villa is self-serviced accommodation; the quests are responsibility for the cleanliness and avoid objectionable odors. Dishes, kitchen and utensils, please wash and clean them up after using. Inconvenient, the additional cleaning fee will be charged at 500 Baht. If you don't wash the dishes, a fee of 500 baht will be charged.
10. Furniture: Do not remove furniture from common areas. Interior furnishings must remain inside the property, and only designated outdoor furniture can be used on the exterior. The violator will be fined at 500 Baht.
11. Damage/Injuries: Any damage or disappearance of objects and appliances provided in the villa should be immediately communicated to the villa representative and guests will be asked to pay for the value of the missing or damaged goods. Additionally, guests are expected to use the provided amenities in such a way to avoid injuries of any of the guests. The property and the owners are not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that may occur while on the premises.
12. Food or beverages is not allowed in the bedroom.
13. Eco-friendly: Before leaving the villa make sure that you have turned off all the electrical appliances, lights and air-conditioning.
14. Basic amenity: The villa provides a set number of basic amenities (such as pillows, blankets, towels, and toiletries) in each room, based on the number of guests. If a guest requires extra ones, the additional charges.
