***Herein known as the “LESSEE.”, (ผู้เช่า) and Mr. Thanabat Choochit herein is known as the “LESSOR” (ผู้ให้เช่า), agree to the following details contained in this agreement.

(1). The Lessee agrees to rent room No. 262/37, top floor, room 4, Moo 5, Soi Luangpramern, Cherngthalay, Thalang Phuket 83110 for the purpose of residence for a period of 10-16 February 2027. From the date of signing of the agreement, 2 person(s) is(are) responsible for residence in the house, who is(are):

1.1 Mr. Pekka Saastamoinen, Passport No. …………..…….……. Date of Birth: ….................
1.2 Ms. .........................................., Passport No. ................................ Date of Birth: ....................

(2).  The house rental is paid on Agoda.
(3). The water fee and internet are included.
(4). The Lessee is required to keep the area inside and around the room clean and orderly.

600 Baht will be charged per time for cleaner on requested.
700 Baht for bed linen laundry per time requested.
Other laundry service cost depended on each service time.   
(5). The Lessee is required to take a good care of the room and property and not make loud noises, or any carry out any actions which cause a nuisance to others.
(6).  The Lessee is required to be responsible for their personal belongings. The Lessor will not take responsibility for any damage or loss.
(7).  The Lessee must not change, modify, attach, or demolish any parts of the room or the other belongings of the Lessor. Otherwise, the Lessee will be required to return them to the same condition or to compensate for any changes.
(8).  If any electrical appliances, such as the TV, refrigerator, air-conditioner, and water heater and etc...are out of order, the Lessee should not repair them and is required to inform the Lessor as soon as possible.
(9).  Pets are not allowed inside or outside the room. 
(10).  Flammable substances, hazardous substances, and contraband must not be kept in the room.
(11). In case there are any suspicious acts, or the Lessor want to check the room, the Lessee shall permit the Lessor or its representative to inspect the house at any time without prior notice, or the Lessee will be notified in advance. It depends on the situation.
(12). The Lessee will provide a copy of each resident’s passport to the Lessor (The full name, passport number, gender, nationality and date of birth are needed).
(13). This agreement is made in two copies. One is kept with the Lessor, and the other one is messaged to the Lessee through BNB message 15 minutes after the booking is confirmed .


The Lessee willingly agrees to all details in this agreement and agrees to follow all regulations in this agreement.
