NO SMOKING (INDOOR)🚭
If you have to smoke , do not smoke inside the house or let the smoke get into the house since the smoke will attach to the furniture and it is super hard to remove the odor. You are required to smoke outside the indoor area and you have to close the door so that no smoke leak into the indoor area. This is crucial and important for guest to follow strictly.

Please ensure that you do not open the gate without someone's intention, as there may be stray pets or dogs wandering around almost everywhere in Thailand. It is important to keep the main gate closed to prevent any animals, dogs, or cats from entering the property. Additionally, pets are not allowed inside the house.

Please avoid eating or snacking while swimming or in the pool, as food waste in the water can potentially cause the water cleaning system to fail. In the event of such a problem, it could be expensive for the host to fix, and these costs may be passed on to the guests.
Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house❌🥾
Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the house, starting from the living room. While some cultures are accustomed to wearing shoes inside the house, it is not customary in Thailand.
Clean the dishes before leave 🥄
Before leaving, please ensure that you clean the dishes using the dish washing soap and place them on the drying rack provided.
Supply of amenities 🍶
Please note that I will only provide you with the initial supply of amenities during the first day of your stay. There will be no additional supplies provided even if you stay for a longer period. For instance, a total of 12 bottles of water will be provided during your stay. However, if you still insist the request anything more , please ask me first before your check-in date so that I can prepare the amount of supply that you may request.
Parking inside the house 🚘🚘🛵
Regarding parking, the house provides you with 2 parking spaces if you have cars. However, please ensure that you do not park on the road in front of the house as other houses require access to the pathway to enter the area. Furthermore, some workers need to access the construction site within the road.
Close all the doors and windows 🪟
Please make sure to close all doors and windows whenever you leave the house, as well as during the night.
Energy-Saving Reminder for Air Conditioning ⚡️
Before leaving the house, please be sure to turn off the air conditioning. This is important to me as I am concerned about conserving energy and reducing unnecessary electricity usage to help protect the environment. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

This is a standard procedure to ensure that everything is in good condition for the next guest. Therefore, it's important to confirm the check-out time with me in advance so that I can arrange for the staff to arrive at the appropriate time. Additionally, please ensure that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, and take care to avoid any damages or losses during your stay.
