The central mall is right next to it, where you can buy anything you need for everyday use when shopping for clothes. Very nice condominium with a swimming pool, secure lift access, and parking with gym.

Located just by the entrance of the boat venue, cheap and modern studios are available for shortterm rental.

The only positive aspect is the prime location, which offers a variety of amenities and dining options nearby. Just across the street is an extremely affordable grocery store that is open aroundtheclock. It takes five minutes to stroll to the more upscale villa market, where you can purchase more imported goods at fewer premium prices. The wifi is extremely unstable, and on some days, you may be unable to connect for hours at once.

The apartment is small, thats true, but the location is fantastic. Its not a fivestar hotel, the rental price is very reasonable, however, dont expect more than you pay. Very surprised by staff complaints. I met only nice and friendly people here. You should have quite unprofessional behavior to get rude responses from them.

The condominium boasts a prime central location, nestled surrounded by some of the finest restaurants in the area. Additionally, there is onsite super cheap convenience store across the street, and villa market is conveniently located nearby. On fridays, on boat avenue, i found ota, an evening market next to the house. The best apartments are located at the back of building, offering sweeping mountain views. Studio apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are available, providing ample space. There is also en suite facilities such as pyjamas, playgrounds for children, small playground, etc. Under the structure, under the building are 24hour security, surveillance cameras, keycard lifts undue access, parking, or even cctv.

The location and facilities are perfect. My husband and i loved it. Only the owners of the room used poor quality furniture. We couldnt sleep because the mattress didnt have a topper. So we couldn't stay any longer. Anyway, there is nothing to do with condominiums.

We had a wonderful time living in this freestyle lifestyle. The location is excellent. Shopping, dining options, or even local street food are all very convenient. And its even so close to bangtao beach. Its incredibly pleasant. If you enjoy allowing yourself to have fewer days to yourself, this is not crowded like other beaches. For two days of fun, you can rent idly for 300 baht. What he offers.

Ive been living here for the past three months, and it has been a fantastic place to stay. If you dont want to risk getting caught in the rain and arent sure if it will rain, the pool is great.
