A hidden gem in the heart of Hammamet – Pure magic! "Our stay at Dar Hammamet Guest House was easily one of the main highlights of our trip to Tunisia. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the stunning traditional architecture, the beautiful tiles, and the incredibly peaceful atmosphere. It feels like an authentic oasis hidden away from the Medina|s hustle and bustle. The hospitality here is next-level. The hosts treat you like family, ensuring every detail of your stay is perfect and offering amazing local recommendations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, traditional, and served with so much care. The location is perfect for exploring, and having access to such a beautiful space made our trip unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic, warm, and charming Tunisian experience rather than a generic resort, do not hesitate to book this place. We cannot wait to come back!"

The royal suite suited our needs perfectly. After climbing a few small steps we arrived at our spacious room with enclosed patio. Breakfast was generous and served promptly. Use of Goggle maps will be beneficial in locating the Dar.

Nice traditional rooms, very comfortable, quiet and have amazing views from the rooftop. Breakfast was nice. Owner is very responsive via whatsapp and looked after us during our stay. Strategic location in the medina, close to restaurants, beach.

Hammamet was my favorite place in all of Tunisia, and Dar El Hammamet was my favorite of all the places that I stayed. The atmosphere is enchanting and magical, the location in the middle of the Medina is perfect, the service is friendly and the breakfast is amazing.

We were treated exceptionally with great attentiveness. Malek , the property manager, went above and beyond to accomodate all of our needs. He was always available and responsive to help at any time. Highly recommended. A 5 star rating is not enough.

The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town. You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. The manager is the only English speaking person, and he can be reached through WhatsApp.

This a beautiful property but not easy to find ! The host wasn’t there when we arrived just gave us a code to get in and there was only someone there in the morning to serve breakfast and didn’t speak English. We had their large suite with two large roaches in the room . The next morning there was no one to help with the luggage since this place is in the middle of the madia. All the other places we stayed which were Dar in the madina had someone available 24 hours on the property. I would recommend they have someone there all the time to help their guest or advertise that they don’t offer it at this property . If we didn’t have a driver we couldn’t find this property ! Also no hair dryer shampoo or soap in the room . They has a dispenser on the wall in the shower with something in it which I don’t know if it was shampoo or soap! The bed wasn’t comfortable at all with no sheets for under the blanket just had a fitted sheet! This property is not managed well at all even though it is very unique and beautiful. We toured around Tunisia for 12 nights !
