This time, I returned to Hotel europa, resell. I was entrusted there by another hotel, Antics tabaccaia resort. When I arrived there, they did not honor my booking, which had been made and confirmed by the hotel itself a month in advance. When you choose to travel from freezing to Roma, the Hotel europa in reggello is in a great position. It is truly on the highway's exit 24, where it says Incise sell. Even in the summer, you can't hear anything while the windows are closed, and there is air. The beds were great, and the rooms are stylishly furnished. I, in particular, had to commended the employees there, Fabio Folo and Tomassina Gallo, who went above and beyond to fix my errors at the other motel. I will undoubtedly go back there if I ever visit the area again. I can't comment on that because I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening. However, breakfast was excellent, buffet-style, with a lot of options, certainly by Italian standards, as it were. Many thanks once more, Fabio and Tomassina! As well, I want to sincerely thank the young man who also assisted in the mornings in December and 2014, who was also so helpful! I sadly forgot to inquire of his name

If you don't mind highway noise, this hotel is for you. We didn't have many options for a night due to poor planning. The staff was nice, the rooms were fair. I would label the hotel a truck stop. Restaurant food was limited because we arrived late. Breakfast was served late and not enough continental style.

Great place if you are planning to visit the mall outlet. It is only about an 8 minute drive. The service is 5 all the way. Simon was helping us from the minute we arrived and he was on top of everything. He made us feel at home. Thank you, Simon! The hotel itself is very simple but very clean. Wifi was excellent breakfast was simple, including excellent coffee, croissants, freshly squeezed oj, cheese, and ham.. Perfect to start your day. The young man who served there also provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. It's also great for stopovers because it's right next to the highway.

Complex beautiful and well maintained. But support and services specifically in relation to the apartment not the best. Had to chase responses to issues.
