I was a little bit scared about some bad reviews, but I really liked the room, the neighborhood and the price, so I decided to book it anyway. And everything was great!! Well, except the fact that this hotel was hard to find cause it have a different name... And yes, if you have a lot of luggage, you should be ready for a lot of stairs. There was two administrators during my stay, one of them had an ok english, and another really bad, so if you're this type of tourist that likes to ask stuff a lot of questions, it's not a place for you either. But overall, the hotel was nice, the room very spacious and modern, good wifi, and location just perfect - so close to Taksim square and airport bus stop, and yes, there's a hill involved, but duh, you're in Istanbul!

It is not the same as it looks like. We couldn’t believe that it is the hotel which we booked,bouth from out side and inside. I don’t recommend this property for the rate they offer.

The room was comfortable with a nice kitchen. The location is close to the Taksim square but was difficult to find and pretty far from major mosques and other historical architecture. The drainage system had a problem in the shower, and water kept increasing and wet the room so easily. There was a rubber broom for the problem from the beginning, and we used it with towels to stop water, and then the hotel manager was angry about it. It's pretty disappointing hospitality attitude.

Your hotel pictures are no where near the same in real life. The room I was in was small and was very noisy. It wasn’t hygienic. You have put me in a room that I did not book. After I explained to you, you have agreed to put me in a better room however it was still the same state. This is the reason I left and didn’t stay for the full week and I asked you to give me a refund you just kept on avoiding me when I simply wanted my money back. Thank you

Schrott garnicht empfehlenswert dreckig wir kamen um 11 nachts an aber eigentlich könnten um 14 uhr einchecken unser zimmer wahr dreckig und fingen da an mit einem bessen zu putzen die Gegend als wahre mann auf einer mullheide

We stayed one night . We paid online but when we arrived, he rented out the room already . They don’t have a word . When we asked for refund, he said, that is not possible . We spent the night at his friend place which was the worst in my life . Also the surrounding environment is very horrible. I came 5,times to istunbul but this experience was definitely the worst .

Otelin ismi my red river apart hotel değil değişmiş. Bulmak için çok yorulduk.Bir çiğköftecinin tanıdığı sayesinde bulduk. Otelden çıkarken eşyaları kontrol ettiler.Standart uygulamaymış.İlk kez apartta kaldığımdan bilmiyorum doğruluğunu ama şık olmadığı kesin. Onun için de bekledik... Otele geç girmemize rağmen odanın hazır olması için de bekledik. Leş gibi havluların odaya gelmesi için de bekledik. Otele yerleştikten bir saat sonra geri çıktık. Resepsiyondaki kişi, ücretsiz iptal yapabileceğini söyledi. Paramı geri mi vereceksiniz bir saat kaldığım için dediğimde bana hayır dedi:) Ücretsiz iptal yaptığını iyilik gibi söylemiş oldu.1 saatlik müşteri almıyormuşlar normalde, bunu iyilik gibi söyledi. Otel kirli, çalışanı akılsız, ismi değişmiş kısaca uzak durun.
