I had an excellent stay at this property with no problems. The guest services were very kind and handled all communications professionally and efficiently. Area was very nice and safe. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Place was very clean, Secure, close to small local shops. The two gentlemen from NewInn were always available to assist. The Guest Registration were always available. Room has all basic needs for few weeks stay. Basic necessaries for cooking were available. Room was identical to what was pictured, except for somethings were different colors. Cons: Needed to buy all basics - Toilet paper- dish soap- cleaning supply- laundry detergent - Salt/pepper, etc.

Building is very clean. Staff is amazing. Gets constant communication from the guest relations. Like it so much that am thinking about purchasing an apartment here. It is a short drive to mall and walking distance to nearby shops for daily needs.

This is an amazing place to rent your apartment! Pictures don’t do justice, in person inside the apartment is way better than what’s shown here. Everything was new fresh and clean inside the apartment. This is one of the top buildings and it offers swimmings pool etc. The person who took care of our check in was Hamza, he’s extremely nice and helpful. He helped us with a lot of other things that were not related to our booking and we truly appreciate him for his kindness. Local stores and grocery are mins away by walks, security can call for taxi. Metro station is 3 kg which takes you all the way to the Europe side in just 20 mins. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay in Roya nova. The kitchen amenities were exellent. A lot of places for grocery shoping near the building. Barish was very very helpful for everything. Seyit was also helpful. The only thing was that the room service came with costs and the shower pipe and stand was not comfortable.

As someone who frequently travels for both work and leisure, I believe it's crucial to provide honest feedback to ensure the best experience for future guests. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the WiFi connectivity at the hotel was virtually nonexistent. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff and requesting assistance, the lack of WIFI was a major issue. This made it incredibly challenging to stay connected for work purposes and disrupted my ability to enjoy leisure activities and staying in touch with loved ones. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as clothes washing powder, dishwashing pods, and properly stocked soap dispensers. It's disappointing to encounter such lapses in service, especially considering that these amenities are typically standard in most accommodations. To exacerbate matters, when I contacted the staff to address these issues, instead of offering a solution, they insisted that I fill out a lengthy form and scan all passport details. However, given the lack of WiFi, it was nearly impossible for me to complete this task. It's incredibly frustrating to encounter such unhelpful and inflexible policies, especially when dealing with already challenging circumstances. The overall lack of attention to detail and failure to provide essential amenities significantly detracted from the quality of my stay. As a

Es war sehr schmutzig. Es gab keine Kleinigkeiten wie Löffel oder Töpfe, aber leider waren die Fenster sehr schmutzig und wir konnten es nicht genießen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war nur über WhatsApp möglich.

The sewer line smell was all over specially kitchen and corridors. Whatever you need was not available as part of their homemade rules. It’s hard to believe you are in a hotel

Bu kadar güzel bir konağın temizliği olsun Konforu olsun bizi hayal kırıklığına uğratması bizleri çok üzdü. Banyoda zaman zaman su yoktu. Olunca da basınç yetmiyor Konuö ve manzara hoş Güvelik üst düzey, lakin içinde yaşamak huzur verici değil.
